Should be last case scenario for shipping FedEx. If it's not during the week and you drop on Saturday, the package won't ship til Monday, even 2 day shipping.

I go in every month to take my blood samples because I'm on the kidney transplant list. They go to two different locations. The people at FedEx are always so polite and helpful. Thank you

Contacting Fedex was the most frustrating thing i've ever had to do because it doesn't let you Talk to a live person to get your question answer and keeps taking you in circles. By the time I finally call back 4 times and got to talk to somebody.The girls accent was so thick.I barely could understand her. But I googled online that you have 2 weeks to turn in a prepaid shipping label. And she was telling me it was past 7 days so there was nothing I could do and I'm glad I talked to her because I would have driven way out of my way like a rep. At the market location just told me to do even after telling her how old my label was and the other girl didn't act like it was a problem, but this girl said yeah, it was past 7 days, not 2 weeks. I myself.
Will never use fedex after this run around today. and super frustrating experience.

Don’t waste your time and just listen to the reviews. You need a QR code from Google which doesn’t make any sense. Employees laughed as I walked away.
