You can only talk to a computer... And it doesn't understand. It's programmed to deal with deliveries only. I needed to get some paperwork to print out from my cellphone.

Dropped off a package to be sent back to company with return label. The rep at the location was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out.

They finally. Got it right. I requested that all package be placed in patio. Too many sticky fingers.
