These people are saints! They have the patience of Job, they help us in every way possible, when you can't print without a printer, they help you out - they are just amazing!! Can't recommend this store because of those who work there enough!!

I am very disheartened by the two gentlemen working this evening. I came in, looking frazzled I'm sure, holding my two year grandson on one hip and my purse and additional bag carrying the package I needed to ship in my other hand. One of the gentleman started waving his hands in the air and I was very confused. He then told me they were closed and I needed to go to another store if I wanted to have my package shipped. I didn't realize the closing time of the store or I wouldn't have tried to go in. The door was not locked. The closing time was 7. I know I gave them a look of incredulity. I was so exasperated that I left, because what was there to say at that point. I went to the car to put my two year old grandson back in his car seat along with the bags. It's not an easy task getting a two year old in and out of a car seat and going in to store like FedEx to take care of a transaction. If I could have done it without him, I would have. As I was struggling to get him back in his car seat after they refused to help me, the nice customer ahead of me walked out and said that he was sorry they didn't help me. He said they should have and I thanked him for saying that. He really didn't have to say anything but he thought enough about the situation to tell me that. I understand they wanted to go home but the door was not locked and they could have quickly helped me. They could have shown some generosity This world needs more of that. I had a 2 year old on my hip. I was not going to repeat the process over tonight with my grandson to go to a different store. I will go to the post office tomorrow during my lunch break at work and pay extra so the package can arrive in time for the recipient's birthday. I will never use FedEx again. I'll be relaying this story to as many people as I can. There are bright spots in the world, like the customer who shared his thoughts with me when he saw me putting my grandson in his car seat. Then there are very dim spots in this world, like the two gentlemen working at FedEx tonight who couldn't have shown a little bit of a heart for this frazzled grandmother who didn't realize the closing time and entered the store because the door was unlocked. I looked at my phone to check the time after I had put my grandson in his seat, spoke to kind customer, put the bags in the back seat of the car and sat down in front of the steering wheel. It was 7:06. I'll let you do the math.

I cannot say enough good things about this FedEx location and its helpful, superlative, and friendly staff. I had a rush job and it was delivered well ahead of my deadline. What a pleasure--sadly, an increasingly rare experience--to deal with caring, knowledgeable professionals.

I called before I came and explained that I needed to send off a package, they said no problem come in and go straight to the photo area. I arrived to the store and walked in, as I walked to the photo area, the attendant asked me how can she help. I explained I was there to send a FedEx package, and she said to me, We only send the package, we don't have envelopes or packages to send we just send the package. This is a waste of time. Had someone explained that to me before I would have never wasted my time to drive over there to send a package. Long story short, unless your product is already packaged, or you already have your papers in an envelope, don't go to Walgreens.

I have utilized this location multiple times. With out fail, I, along with every other customer encounter that I have witnessed, have always been treated with respect and honesty. They have the services that you need, and the staff are always willing and able to lend their help/support. Thank you, Stephen!

Poor customer service Carey was very rude and refused to help me. She told me the process was very easy and I should be able to do it by myself and I explained that it's new to me and I needed directions. She rolled her eyes and got a bad attitude. This type of customer service is uncalled for every one should be treated fairly but since I was disabled and ignorant to how the process works she chose to treat me horribly. Buyer beware!

Marion initially volunteered to help things get started for me as I started my arduous project of printing, cutting and organizing card sleeves for a card game I play. Kari was most helpful in making my life easy while I needed to print PDF files from their computer for playtest card inserts. She even gave me a desk to work on my project. Soon as Kari had left for the day Miranda also came to the rescue to print a couple of extra sheets when I messed up cutting them for the first time. This FedEx facility has been a life saver for me for a few times already, thus they deserve this much delayed review. Personal thanks to Stephen who was the manager for the shift. Kudos to all management and staff at this branch. Thank you all, Godbless, and Merry Christmas!

I've been coming here since it first opened and was so thankful it was so close to my house since I come here often. The place is very nice and new and perfect. The staff is so nice and helpful and understanding with my sometimes complicated requests or questions. They know exactly what you want without much information at all, they have everything you possibly might need. I love the service and the store location!
