Friendly people. First time experience not knowing any better about shipping costed me $1,300. I learned my lesson. Some people are in business to make money and will take advantage of naive customers.

The Walgreens manager told me they DO NOT accept FedEx boxes unless they are small and easy to handle. They told me their storage space is a small shelf only and that I need to go to a “Real FedEx” location, exact quote, in order to process my shipping needs.

Absolutely the worst customer service. The girl behind the counter acted as if she couldn’t be bothered. Had to go 16 minutes away to a real FedEx store and they even said other people complained about this location all the time, especially the girl that has the attitude of a typical teenager, couldn’t be bothered. And, they said there was no reason for her to have sent me here, she could of handled everything there. She either is incompetent or really just didn’t want to be bothered.

This store made it very easy for me to leave my return by using fedex. I had a label and the young lady just scanned it and took my package. She was very friendly as well! I will definitely be visiting this storefront again
