Quick and easy. You'll see the sign for Photos/FedEx on the far right when you enter. Just wait by the counter and someone will come to scan your preprepared shipping label and take your package.

Watched a employee sigh and slam things at any inconvenience, luckily I wasn't serviced by him but he was extremely rude to any customer that came to his register. Would make remarks and throw the weight of the items they were purchasing into their hands or in their cart. I genuinely felt bad for older customers who needed a bit more time to read the card scanner as he would immediately press the payment button instead of letting them type in their numbers and would say "you had all this time to type in your number" when they were about to press the keypad. He would throw the things in his hands down and groan every time someone came up to the cash register if he was away. It made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. I would just avoid entering altogether if you notice he's at the register.

The lady in the photo center personally took care of me while I have been trying to get a photo memorial together for my father's funeral. She could not have been kinder and more professional and recalled other times having helped other customers in similar situations. I never realized how one industry like photography can affect so many lives by capturing those precious moments, especially in these difficult times. Even with technology issues, she was super patient with me and even went on my phone to upload my pictures directly onto the Walgreens website when the computer in the store went down. Thank you guys for your amazing service!!

This "on-site" location only offers drop-off service, and was not equipped to handle a simple pack & ship.
