They said i would get my results between 1-3 business days, it was more than 3 days, i got my results within 4 days. So i lost a good opportunity on getting a good job. Alaska test results followed thru on the results, sometimes quicker

Updated review: I was here last month for a voluntary UA. The first day I went, the staff was professional and friendly. I was required to return a second day, voluntarily, and the experience was completely different. For one, my temperature was not checked like everyone else. Mainly because the receptionist forgot I was waiting outside as she had asked. From my understanding, a temp check was required for entry due to Covid. That was one fail as far as safety goes. Second, the receptionist had a bad persistent cough. Which is a reason to deny service/entry due to Covid. I posted a review asking how this is fair or safe. The next day I received multiple voicemails from someone at Fastest Labs constantly stating that they saw my review and stating the reason I was there in the first place, which has nothing to do with the issues I had brought up in my review. I almost felt as if that was a low blow or a threat of some sort. What does the fact that I went in for a UA for CPS have to do with my review and why did you feel it necessary to find my phone number, which isn’t on my review, and call me multiple times about it? A response via the review board was enough. I don’t think it was very professional for them to call me and leave details about my visit on voicemail.As for their response online, they blamed the cough on her having eaten lunch and stated the cough was only temporary. That’s not what I witnessed. She had a persistent cough and it was pretty bad.Do not call me anymore and do not refer to the reasons I was sent to the lab when it has nothing to do with my review. If you can not keep your facility safe then try harder but don’t try to blame someone’s lunch for the lack of safety.A failure to check my temp and a staff member had a persistent cough the entire time I was there. I did not feel safe and I will deny using your lab in the future if I am asked to. It’s not worth the risk.

I have been with the same company for years, and have been sent to different places probably each time for randoms & stuff. This lab was one of the best that I have been too. The staff was very informative, and explained the whole process before even starting the test. Even though I already know the process from the back of my hand, it was great they explained it. The staff was great; very friendly. The wait time was not long at all, I was in & out of this place within about 10 minutes. I did not even need to book an appointment. This place was definitely one of the fastest lab I have been to. I will definitely recommend anyone needing drug testing to this office! Very great overall experience!

So unprofessional! The two people there were bickering like children, saying "Yo moma" jokes and raising their voice at each other. Also not welcoming at all. I felt very uncomfortable sitting in that office..
