The story itself is nice. And there is only one clerk there that is friendly. The owner and the rest of the staff are not friendly at all they are very rude if you are trying to take your time and look around and we'll try to accuse you of trying to steal something if you take your time and look around the store.

Prices are average, not great deals, but you’re not getting ripped off. I give them 3 stars because the staff was not very customer service oriented. They almost seemed annoyed that I walked in??♂️. Also, in 2024 when someone is still wearing a mask, it’s just weird.

I was here this morning at approx 3am and I have to say, the fact that I was immediately asked to remove my mask was extremely concerning and disheartening. Understand the location of this shop is not in the most safe spot but neither are 90%of others and I’ve never been asked or told to remove my mask. The workers and owners here also seem genuinely unhappy to be there and to have customers. Maybe do a little better ? I won’t know because I will not come here again

Now I don't if these people who run the store or who they may have been robbed by or don't care for the transgender community. But my rating of this store is very poor due to customer service. As I was about to purchase my selection. There was a black female behind me In line. I'm not racist by far. I go thru the same persecution if not more But this woman was picked from directly behind me and asked if she was ready to buy her selection before I! Either the person's working the store doesn't like anyone from the black community in their store and wants them out. Or doesn't like transgender individuals in their store.. Ive never felt more disrespected from anyone til that day.

I had two separate visits and two different experiences. They have a good selection, for sure; and the prices are competitive enough.1st Visit: Nice lady, very helpful and friendly.5 stars2nd Visit: A male individual was working there. He was not so friendly. He made me feel like I had to hurry out and be on my way. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was in the store. It would have been 5 stars had it not felt like I was being shoved out the door for closing time (it's open 24 hrs). I will visit again, nonetheless. P.S. They have a Facebook page with pics, which I submitted to Google :)

I would 100% recommend going here for any of your related needs.the person who helped me was super knowledgeable and their customer service was impeccable!!on my visit, I was going to purchase something for a friend & I wasn't exactly sure what I needed. despite my own personal confusion, the person behind the counter knew *exactly* what I was talking about about which totally blew my mind!the whole purchase took about 10 minutes start to finish. literally amazing customer service!! can't recommend this place enough. the employees weren't breathing down my neck, they let me browse but were right there to help once I was ready!!

Awful experience here literally every single time I've had to shop here and it's unfortunate because they may have a somewhat decent little selection however the immediate uncomfortable remarks and/or comments from a individual with distinguishable accent will immediately follow as you enter into store. There's not much for a person to care for when browsing of course but if you're fine with employee literally on your heels the entire time you're most better off knowing what it is you need first hand to avoid the uncomfortable interaction

My fiance & I have been here a few times for personal shopping and for gifts. Each trip ended with at least $100 spent but us being irritated by how we were treated.We do not look like we are homeless or act like we might try to steal but are treated as such. We have had friends go there with the same complaints.Ask a question? They won't ignore you. Other than that your rushed to finalize any purchase on anything you DO ask about as they (owners) act like they are SO BOTHERED TO RUN A STORE IN AMERICA, WHERE THEY NOW LIVE AND HAVE TO SELL TO AMERICANS.NOT A PREJUDICE BONE IN MY BODY AND I HAVE NO PROBLEM BEING STRAIHT UP & STATING FACTS.
