This is my favorite nail salon, however everytime I call to book an appointment I get here, tell the receptionist I have an appointment at a certain time with my favorite nail tech they tell me they don't have me down for an appointment, and then my nail tech is already booked. Please get better at booking appointments for clients! It's not fair to me that I have to wait now when I'm on a time schedule It's very inconvenient when I call to book a certain time. Thank you!

Cleanliness: Very CLEAN.
Stylist: Tommy did a good job on my nails. I showed him a picture and he got it just like the picture.

It's only my second time coming here for a pedicure and definitely the last. I asked the technician to remove dead skin from under my toe nails because that is what a pedicure consists of, ofcourse, when i arrived home i was inspecting my feet due to minor pain and realized she destroyed/cut off the left side of my big toe nail with the nail clipper. If i could post photos i would, all i can say is I hope my nail grows back without becoming an ingrown.
Also, please start sterilizing your equipment! I noticed all technicians had their personal bag with non sterilized clippers.

Everyone is amazing, My daughters and I have been going to Fantasy Nails and Spa for 13 years and they have always given excellent services. Whenever anything has gone wrong they are always willing to fix it professionally and politely.

i got my toes done two days ago and have been having so much toe pain. the lady who did they kept picking at my ingrown toe nail. i been in pain since i left the salon and im pretty sure its infected, im having clear liquid/ blood coming out of it. and to make it worse the nail polish is coming off already after only two days.

I had the worst first time experience
When I showed the tech the design of my nails they said they can do it. The design came out ugly they forgot to apply silver glitter and applied a gold Jew and didn’t ask me (picture showed silver Jew) when I asked for correction the tech had the worst attitude and started slamming her tools on the table not to mention the applied excessive glue to my nails for the Jew
I spoke l to the manager Rose she didn’t offer any apology for how unprofessional her staff was
Don’t waste your time or money here
