Melissa was great
I was a walk in
Plan to go back and request her
Conversation was present, like talking to a life long friend.
I got a trim only (she gave me the perfect trim)
I love my long curly hair
I have gone to other stylists in the past and when asked for a trim (1 inch trim) they would take 3-4 inches.
She has restored my faith in coming back to getting my haircut at Fantastic Sams

Susana is a wonderful stylist. She's personable and is good at her job. Everyone at the location was nice and approachable. I'm very happy with my cut and experience there.
Requested style: I found a picture of a cut and discussed it with Susana. She went over the style versus my hair type and length. I'm happy with the end result.

I originally went in for a root retouch but Melissa was more than happy to take the time out of her day to dye my whole hair! The whole time she was such a great conversationalist and it was just lovely to spend the day with her! I’ve been wanting my hair to get to a lighter blonde and she got it to the exact color that I want! I was satisfied with the whole service she provided including hair coloring, hair trim and eyebrow waxing!

Nancy had great customer service from the beginning of the consultation through the end of services when she discussed how to care for the new hair style.
Requested style: My young son wanted a perm only on the top of his head and she delivered exactly that. She even went through the hair trimming the edges and cleaning it the hair up.
