I found this store to be extremely organized. The items in the store were faced properly on the shelf. The employee's were very nice and helpful. As I walked down the aisles I found the store to be in very good condition. This is a great Family Dollar to go to to grab something things that are needed and get right out.

Always busy @ this new location on Potranco rd & Dugas. 1 register open until lines get long, then they open another register. Older lady @ register now to friendly, she's always cranky/moody everything I'm there. She needs a different job bcus her customer friendliness sucks!!

I live down the street and have came to this location faithfully and spent lots of money every time. I took an Uber there 2x and waisted my money because the system is down and they only accepted cash, like really who carries cash these days? I don’t!! Not cool family dollar!!!!!

This is ridiculous. I do not have money to keep spending on an Uber to come here to this Family Dollar only to be told that the system is down. I caught an Uber ti this Family Dollar 9803 Potranco Rd this past Saturday 07/22/2023 to be told that the system was down and was only accepting cash and here it is four days later and I my wife to this Family Dollar only for her to be told that the system is still down. Today makes four days that this system has been down. This is unheard of for a system to be down this long. And there’s no telling how long it’s been down before 07/22/2023 meaning I wasted $27.00 in catching Ubers to this store. Something needs to be done about this. I’m really starting feel like folks are just being lazy here at this store.

Very clean and organized store. The young cashier greeted us as we entered and we genuinely felt the sincerity as he asked us how we were. You just don't get that from this generation. Refreshing change of pace. Made our few minutes of shopping a better experience.

I entered this store and was told I could not shop there because of my purse which was a backpack. Interesting enough, I just shopped there for Father’s Day with a backpack purse. I don’t want to think this is racism but it feels like it. Shame on you Dollar, you’re not about family . Your employee needs some customer service skills.08/22/2022: So I went back into the same store with the same backpack and wasn’t stop at all.

Can't get the shopping carts out the door due to the stupid poles on the carts. If the sales clerk wasn't so nice I would have given 1 star.
