I bought the 1 bottle water from the fridge $1. Tell me why they charge me for a 12 pack waters $2.85. I paid. Then went to my car check receipt and sure enough I saw the mistake they did. When I went back inside Manager with no name tag was talking to another worker. I explain what happened her response " ohhh yeah I see" (no appologies) then she goes to register ask for my number I asked why you need my number. She said with attitude everywhere you go they ask for a phone number for a return. It wasn't a return it was you fixing the issue family dollar did. And why is she being rude and catching attitude. June 5th 11.30am. Who ever was manager that day no name tag. Please check your receipt before leaving store. Very horrible customer service

Waited 20 minutes for the lady manager to finally come up front because she was hiding in the office and I needed items returns because they have sales advertised in the wrong areas. How am I suppose to know where your baby section starts, it's all the over the front endcaps. Honor the price, that's it. No name tag either. On top of that the cashier said the sales may start 2 days from when they're put up so they can not honor it if that is the case. Horrible customer service from that closing manager, very disappointed.

This store used to be a good store until about 3 weeks ago, i went in today and the store looked terrible the freezer section looked empty and disgusting so i asked the cashier about it she said i work up front and its not my job! Like really you work at the store and you don't know anything about your store

Front counter girls always take their time coming to the front, once they get to the front and actually have to do their job they have an attitude like we’re bothering them. Homeless man came in buying food so I helped him out with purchasing the food and the worker gave me attitude when I tried to be nice with her and spark a conversation after I bought the food for the man. Always horrible customer service here.

They are fairly stocked and have a adequate selection of items and they always have an awesome sale on soda and mind you every store is different on sales but this one is awesome.
