Worst customer service. He refused to honor coupons that were valid He said customers try to skim them. Really?? Told him I wasn't going to argue with him. Also not returning Someone needs to educate him.

This store is under new management. Since there has been a new general manager the store has been clean, organized, and the employees are welcoming. I would highly recommend this Family Dollar. Plus you can call ahead of time to see what's in stock before arriving.

I live miles away but go to Family Dollar for one thing and one thing only...SMORES CEREAL ? I'm a junkie for this super delicious cereal and the two HEBs close to home don't carry them ?. So every couple weeks I make my trek to get my fix of S'mores cereal. Don't judge me, I need rehab! It's like Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Count Chocula got together, added marshmallows and turned me into a junkie. So it's their fault. The store is always busy and it's cuz they have just about everything you need at low prices. Will be heading back in a few days, this is my last bag ? Adios amigos...
