I went to this store on Sunday 3/30/2025.I walked up to the door and it was locked , there was a sign on the door stating closed for 30 minutes. Customers keep goin to the door and left. It was 45 minutes till he opened the door. I walked in and I was told he had no money he was only accepting cards. I asked him ? Why and didn't they go to the bank on friday. He said their only allowed to go on Mondays. I told him that was ridiculous and I walked out. No wander these stores are loosing business. I'm going to call corporate and give them a piece of mind. This is a big company they should be able to compile there customers no matter what day it is. Very disappointed in Family Dollar.

It's Avery convenient place to shop for some odds and ends, laundry essentials paper products and sometimes canned goods. Being only 3 blocks away makes it for a short walk. The employees are usually very cordial and respectful, helpful too when looking for a certain product. Hours are also very convenient, open for close to 12 hours a day, Which is great if forgetting something at the grocery store! 7-8 on the recommended ranking!

EVERYTHING IS EXPIRED!!!
I got snacks for my toddler here and the cracker ritz were expired since 21 MAY 22 ? (should’ve taken a picture) i turn back around and RETURNED EVERYTHING. Not the first time either.

They are supposed to close at 10 pm and at 930 pm most nights when I get out of work they closed already. Looking like they closed at 9 pm, always when I truly needed to get something too. Very disappointed ☹️.

They say they open to a certain time got there 39 min before and it was closed the old lady just looked as us and didn't say anything what a shame.
