Rene worked with us until we found the perfect mattress. He was calm, patient and professional even with my kids in the background. We ended up adding a secondary mattress to our order to upgrade our older daughter. Thanks for all of your mattress knowledge Rene!

We purchased our 2 mattresses recently and our so very pleased with them. The quality is superb,The delivery and set up was so efficient the two gentlemen were courteous and paid attention to detail making sure everything was secure and centered.I have to thank the store manager Shannon for her expertise and helpfulness explainingAll the different features of each mattress I asked about, what a lovely lady.

I dealt with Shannon and she was very helpful, she had great customer service skills. Shannon gave us a great deal for two beds, she even adjusted the price to fit our budget.I recommend factory mattresses at the rim, they have good quality beds and they work with you. Don’t forget to ask for Shannon, she’s awesome!!!

We were determined to find our son the right mattress so we came here as our 1st stop to see what they had available. We were greeted by Andres & he listened to what type of mattress we were looking for that that would fit our needs & budget. Koki, also assisted in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Both associates were pleasant, accommodating & responsive to our questions. We got much more than we bargained for at a great price thanks to Koki. It was an excellent experience & highly recommend this place!
