I called this store just to see what was available at my price range and I spoke with Jimmy. He was so honest and caring. I could instantly tell he loves what he does and is so amazing at it too! He was so knowledgeable and made time for me explaining in great detail with every question I had. I tried multiple Mattresses out and then finally I decided to try the testing mattress that shows exactly which one is best for you which also gives you several different options available at different price ranges. The one that was recommended to me was something opposite of what I have been using for years. I have auto immune I have been in a car accident and have chronic pain from both of those issues. I have been sleeping on a mattress because all of my life I have heard you need a hard mattress. Well turns out I need a soft mattress. I tried all of the ones in store that were recommended from the testing and the top mattresses, the one that I got , and since then it is significantly decreased my pain and and creased my quality and quantity of sleep, which is amazing since I also have insomnia. I am amazed at the improvement in my quality of life by having my pain, decreased and being able to sleep more and better during the night. I went over all of that with Jimmy in the store and I know that he truly cared about my situation and was unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond to get everything that I need. I also purchased some sheets and some pillows and I feel the exact same way about those as I do the Mattress that I purchased from Jimmy that day. I am so truly thankful and blessed to have made that call that day and ended up with such a phenomenal person to help me that really meant a lot to me. The bed well there is no word for it. It is truly truly amazing. I work in surgery as a nurse and my schedule is very difficult and I needed the bed right away. He made all the accommodations to fit my schedule and to deliver the mattress as soon as possible. I am truly grateful and appreciate everything that he did for me that day. There are no words to express my thanks! 110% recommend the store and even more so Jimmy my salesman I will continue to use both for the remainder from now on.

We came shopping for a mattress when Josh was all by himself in the store. He allowed us to explore every mattress and explained all the pros of each one.. He let us talk everything through, was really professional and thorough. Very low key so we could make this important decision without pressure.

Augie was amazing and informative throughout our search. Although our mattress search came to an end due to finances, Augie was still the best help we got at any of the FIVE STORES we looked at! We ended up buying these nice foam chairs and still had the same great service a second time around. Will definitely be back and recommend this location!

Augie was Awesome. We walked in tried out a couple of beds. He said you know what let’s put you on the machine to see exactly what your firmness is. That let him take us right to what we needed. Very friendly and Knowledgeable Excellent Service!! We almost didn’t stop there. So glad we did.Thank YouShannon & Stacy

This place is amazing! Fantastic customer service and they had a great selection. They also had a RightFit tester, which is a diagnostic tool that finds several mattresses that suit you the most. Never had a mattress picking experience that was so enjoyable. Ended up buying one that we loved.

Augie is really patient and experienced. He helped us work through different options, and while we did shop around ultimately chose to bring our business back to Augie becasue we valued how he was patient and upfront about options. He even informed us about a way to save some extra money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND talking with Augie if you need a new bed!

Josh and Augie where so friendly and helpful to my husband and I while picking out a mattress. We showed up 20 minutes before they close and they stayed with us 30 minutes post close. We really appreciated their help! Awesome store!

If you’re looking for a new mattress, visit Mark at Encino. Mark was super welcoming and created a great experience for my partner and I. We went in looking for a replacement mattress — honestly, we were hoping to get a similar mattress to the one we have today. Mark asked if we’d be open to taking a (I think he called it a) “fit test” where we laid on bed that took some measurements. He showed us 3 beds, fitted us with some pillows, and an hour or so later we left with a new and super comfortable bed! It didn’t feel like a sales experience because of Mark. If anything, we learned a ton and feel even more confident about our purchase. We can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive and the awesome sleep we’re going get. Thanks so much, Mark!!!

Purchased a new mattress today from this location. Mark Fitzgerald was a joy to meet and made us instantly comfortable. Mark was super courteous, knowledgeable and nice to work with. He has complete knowledge of his products and is very good at educating a customer on products, technology and proper fitting . We highly recommend Mark if you are looking for a new mattress! This store uses a computer scan of your preferences and body type to match up several options. It was spot on!
