One of the best customer service experience I have ever had! Iriam took us through the whole experience painless. No matter how many questions I had he made sure to find an awnser for every single one. I highly recommend this store, they truly care about the customer!

I had a good experience in factory mattress. IriamTamyo and Augie they were very helpful to me, very good customer service. I got a good deal on a good mattress. I would recommend this place and these two gentlemen to anyone interested in buying a good mattress.

We stopped in after shopping at other places. Our experience was amazing. Iriam was knowledgeable, personable, and super helpful. I did not feel rushed and I felt like he was patient with all questions. We felt like we were not just a commission but that Iriam truly cared that we were happy with our purchase. Great experience/great mattress/great deals.

I got to say the whole experience was amazing with the person that took us through the whole process. Iriam Tamayo was very knowledgeable and really took his time to explain step by step what the best options were for us. He spoke both English and Spanish and was very fluent and his expertise was evident on both. We spent over an hour in the store and he was patient and attentive to all our needs and questions, this is definitely the kind of customer support anyone wants and needs. I would definitely go back to this store again if I need another mattress.
