Went into the 3823 Fredricksburg Rd location. I was greeted by Monica who was super friendly and very helpful in getting me the loan I needed. She made the process seem simple and was happy to be able to help me out. This is the only location I plan on visiting in the future. All the employees there were super nice and friendly too. Thank you Monica for making it a simple process!!

Everytime me or my husband comes to this location they do their best to look out for us but today Linda helped us EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ENVIRONMENT we just left the other pawn shop and they were trying to low ball us. AND EZ PAWN LOOKED OUT LIKE ALWAYS THANKS ?

I absolutely love this place! They are very friendly, fast, efficient, and work with you. If you ever need to sell or buy anything, come to this location where your experience is nothing but friendly, and where the customer is important. I’ll never go to another shop except this one!!
