99% of the staff are fantastic, especially Andrew.I came in 20 minutes before close. I apologized profusely knowing it was going to take some time to complete my business. He was polite and understanding.Then I got scolded by the little girl with long hair.

The store has the best selection of James Avery that I have seen in a long time and the customer service I got from Kaylee was above and beyond she was able to help me get a necklace She helped find earring’s and a ring to match. I was very happy with the service. I’m very happy with the jewelry and I plan to be going back a lot. I highly recommend this place.
