The manager was extremely helpful. I was one day late to pick up my item before it was placed on the floor. That was confusion on my part. They were able to work with me to where I was able to pay the full amount of my loan and take my item home. I also ended up making an additional purchase while I was there. I’ve always had great service. Her employee ID was 300062774. The date of my visit was October 4, 2024 at 4:25 PM.

I need to take a minute to do a huge shout out to Jay and Jessica at this pawn shop. I generally do not like to deal with pawn shops. Because most of these people have attitudes but I cannot believe how Jay went above and beyond the Call of Duty to try to help me locate something at their stores when they could have easily just said I don't have it here and hung up the phone. Jay not only tried to help me locate it through their stores but was helping me locate it online because it was an emergency situation for my hubs work. Their other location had one but it was damaged and we couldn't use it otherwise it would have been a miracle! There was another item that we could use for his work and even though we were not planning on picking this up right now. We decided to change our mind when we heard they had it in their store and Jessica was amazing in making that happen as well. Can't say enough good things about this location. Love you girls thank you!!!

**** Sold me a defective product and they won’t allow a return **** Purchased a firearm from them - was originally very excited and happy with the purchase - however I took it out to test three days after purchase and the the gun does not cycle the round - they told me nothing they can do, which is crappy customer service - the gun does not work as they advertised but won’t do anything to fix - do not recommend as who knows was else defective products they sell

Lorraine was the sweetest and most helpful attendant i’ve ever encountered. I have never had such good customer service at a pawn shop and it was very refreshing to experience her kindness.
