Terrible Experience at EZ Pawn: Closed Early with No Regard for CustomersReview:I recently had the displeasure of visiting the EZ Pawn store located 410 N New Braunfels Ave, San Antonio, TX 78202. I arrived at the store with the intention of completing some urgent transactions, only to be met with a frustrating surprise. Despite the posted closing time of 5pm, the store had already closed its doors a whole 15 minutes earlier. This lack of consideration for customers is beyond unacceptable.First and foremost, let me emphasize the importance of adhering to the posted business hours. As a customer, I rely on these timings to plan my day accordingly. In this case, I specifically made it a point to reach the store before 5pm to ensure I could take care of my business. To my utter disbelief, I arrived at the store at 4:45pm, only to find it already locked up and closed. It was evident that the employees had no intention of accommodating customers who arrived within the posted operating hours.The blatant disregard for customers' time and inconvenience is a clear reflection of the poor management at this EZ Pawn location. Closing the store prematurely, especially when customers are actively approaching the entrance, is not only unprofessional but also reflects a lack of basic customer service.Moreover, what further added insult to injury was the absence of any visible signage indicating an early closure. There was no indication whatsoever that the store would be closing ahead of the advertised time. As a result, several other bewildered customers, like myself, were left standing outside, wasting our precious time and feeling utterly frustrated.It is deeply disappointing to witness such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The behavior exhibited by the staff and management of this EZ Pawn store is nothing short of disrespectful. As a long-standing customer who has relied on the services provided by this establishment, I expected better.Given this appalling experience, I strongly advise against patronizing this EZ Pawn store. There are plenty of other pawn shops and businesses in the area that value their customers and adhere to their operating hours. Save yourself the disappointment and inconvenience by exploring alternative options.In conclusion, the early closure of EZ Pawn before the posted closing time of 5pm, while customers were walking up, reflects a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. The management's disregard for customers' time and inconvenience is disheartening. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for EZ Pawn to rectify its practices and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Awesome place! They keep there word which is hard to find now a days. I saw some shoes on offer up. And ask them for a better price and they honored it no questions asked. Will definitely come back for more good deals here!
