I was looking around to sell some jewelry and came across this pawn shop and stopped in based off the reviews! Let me tell you I was not disappointed. The whole team was so welcoming! I’m a pawnshop junkie and although people are polite, this was by far the absolute best customer service interaction I have ever had. Thank you to Dora for being the model of what an interaction should be. It was, smooth, friendly, polite, helpful and all the other positive adjectives you can think of when looking to praise a profesional who takes their job seriously and also makes you feel like you’ve been a regular to their business for years. This was my first time at this store, but I will definitely be coming back to it, and more than likely will make EZ Pawns around town my first choice over other shops. Thank you Dora!

I had a fantastic buying experience while shopping. Destiny provided me with excellent help. She took her time making me feel comfortable in what I was looking for. She was the perfect customer associate. Professional and kind. Along with destiny, the rest of the sales team were also very helpfulI would recommend anyone to shop there if you are looking for a great buying experience.

Avoid at all cost. Went to pawn my gun and lost it because I did not know I was late. They say that they called me but I never received a call. The location at las palmas calls twice and leaves a voicemail. I know it is my fault however horrible customer service! Will not ever bring my business here again. This location is horrible compared to other pawn shops.
