It was my first time at this EZ Pawn and Samuel was awesome!! He was helpful and allowed me to look comfortably. He was nice and the store had enough employees to assist everyone. Will definitely go back!

I came here for years!! And I am beside myself at how these employees have stolen from me and the district manager is REFUSING to reach out to me. I fell into a hole and pawned my ps5 that I’ve had FOR YEARRSS!! A BRAND NEW headset - some brand new AirPods AND A CONTROLLER- all INSIDE MY GYM BAG- I personally asked them to leave in there so when I come get it out I’ll just grab and go. Well here I am AFTER they make me pay the pawn ticket to get it out, just to tell me 30 minutes later that they can’t find it. And then refused to give me a refund and told me they can’t refund me unless I give them everything that was on the ticket back, which were my rings ONLY. After they stole my entire system they still tried to take my things back and refuse to have the district manager call me. This is a straight up settlement and getting the police involved is the only way to get an answer but who knows, they’re illegally selling our things I PAID THEM TO SECURE FOR ME. Which is why they refuse to call so if I were you I wouldn’t trust these people because no one even TRIES to look for it or even help me. They must be going thru peoples things because I saw with my own eyes them wrapping my bag up so I know this was no mistake. Legit Lawsuit!!
