Went in for switch games and Adrian the manager stated the do 5 dollars less then what game stop does. To some that might be a deal but not to me didn’t wanna do anything on the price. Just said that’s how we (all ezpawn locations)all do it to which I said that’s false cause the Woodlawn store did a hell of a deal. He then left to his office so lost business and I was trying to buy multiple games. Lady at jewelry counter was nice though only good this to say about this store.

I would not buy from here because they sold a thin gold chain necklace with a broken clasp to someone I know and she couldn’t see it due to her eyesight and how small the clasp is they did not let her know and sold it to her she went back in hopes of exchanging it or getting her money back and they told her no they said there’s nothing wrong with it even though she said it won’t even stay on and she doesn’t want to lose it. she just wanted to get something nice for her self. If you are going to shop there, bring somebody for a second opinion so you don’t have to depend on somebody that works there. And they told her there’s places to get the necklace fixed . Why say it’s not broken and then say where to get it fixed.
