Never been to this pawn shop and decided to give them a try Austin monica and Steven all had there fair hand in helping me get in and out of there. Offered a deal I couldn't refuse and the service was pretty good for me walking in 15 minutes before close. Highly recommend 👌

Didnt catch homies name but helped out my friend and i with a bass guitar even found a gig bag for him cool vibe even went in before closing and they didnt have an attitude like most places

My wife had an item lost due to these guys either stealing or losing it.. all the information they said was that they were audited and some items were not there and that one of them was my wife's bracelet. A lot of charms she can't get back due to them being gifted by her deceased brother. I highly recommend you think twice about doing business here

The over sized Manager always wants to give the bare minimum for when you pawn your items. The item can be 100+ in value and barely wants to give you $30 and exchange.
When you try and purchase any thing there, they are most likely have been sitting for months, he refuses to work with you and always wants to charge you a high price . This place is not worth your time or your money stay away.

Update: I came back after the great business I had with the individuals I met last time and Maria urged to come back if need be wich ended up happening, however this time I delt with “Steven”. He destroyed everything Maria and Mauricio brought to the company by offering a mediocre price to the man in front of me and then to myself as well. 35$ for a brand new M18 Milwaukee FUEL grinder WITH THE BATTERY. I find this insulting and I will never pawn anything here again. I’ll get my ps5 Tuesday and pray your work ethics don’t hurt Maria and Mauricio’s work. You’re in the wrong community for that kind of stuff especially being a white male with blue eyes weighing about 350 pounds with blonde hair. Sorry for changing the review Maria and Mauricio y'all are still awesome and don’t let Steven knock yalls hard work while continuing to be there for the community! 🤝

They lack customer service and hospitality! They are rude and they definitely need NEW employees!! They are losing customers because of the workers! I will not EVER return here. Im disgusted with management too. Yuck! Prices are a rip off!!
