used to be my go to gas station. was sold at some point either once or twice mid to late 2025 and the new owners are destroying this place. if its not out of stock, its running low and has been/will be for the foreseeable future. but hey at least the slot machines still work.

Long haired cashier had the worst customer service. Been going here for 5 years, will just go down to QT. Blamed me for ringing up the wrong item-told me”you said you wanted this” which I didn’t say and then had a little fit because he refunded me and the cigarettes I then got were the same price as the refund.

If you get the cashier wearing the giant headphones... Be prepared to either speak loudly, or repeat yourself. If she has to ask a question a second time.. Be ready to catch your merchandise. She will toss it, to you, across the counter.

I went on Sunday and the lady behind the counter was NOT VERY NICE OR HELPFUL.. when this place was called Big Country my husband and I used to go in there literally all the time but now it's under new owners and a different name and we won't go there unless we absolutely have to. The store hardly ever smells clean (there's always a weird smell lingering in the air) and most of the employees are just there for the money and not for the customer service portion. There is 1 guy and I'm unsure if he still works there but he is a military vet and has an amputated leg but I can't remember his name.. he is THE BEST EMPLOYEE THERE.. he needs to be made manager or something
