I went to this location the other day to pick up an order. I asked to use the restrooms and was denied access. The clerk stated she had no access. It is against Texas Law to deny access to public restrooms. There were NO "out of order" signs on either male or female restroom doors.
I will not use Exxon at this location again for any reason, personal or business. I hope that others stay away as well!!!
Texas requires filling stations to provide and maintain sanitary restrooms. A violation is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of $10 to $200. If the defendant was convicted of a violation within the previous year, the maximum fine is $1,000 (Texas Ann. Code §§ 341.061 & 341.091).

Good clean gas station. It was nice and had good gas prices, but they claimed to have a restroom that was out of order when it was actually fine. We were going to switch gas stations due to a lack of restrooms, but they opened it up for us when they heard that. We were also yelled at and chased by a homeless man outside. (Those are the reasons why I took off two stars)

This place got unfriendly staff and they closed their restroom ? for customers. According to staff, they do not like traffic in their restroom. It's 9 pm and I'm their only customer at that time. The lying staff states the bathroom is even close for them, which I'm pretty sure she's lying. Unless she dumped and pee outside. People who go to gas stations are traveling. Many commuters drive long hours and often need the bathroom. Out of courtesy, we buy things in order to use their facility. The management of this place is very inconsiderate.

I got ripped off, I bought the news paper (express news), i was looking for classifieds, didn't find them, so i went back inside and told the lady at the register, the paper only has section A,B, and E, and she told me she couldn't give me back my money its a policy from management
