Don’t rent from these people. They are rude and make assumptions and etc. I don’t know who or what ever gave these rental people like the permission to be so not customer oriented. I told them to come recover the stuff due to loss of income and etc and then they give reason why they can’t and yet get upset at me. Really people. Your lytle location is the worst. Be about people. Without them you have no business

NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE ! The whole office and delivery staff is SOOO RUDE . I had a scheduled delivery at 4 they came at 3:30 banging on my door partially wanting to break it down . Then returned at 3:50 even more rude because I called the office to inform them why were they there banging 30 mins earlier then scheduled . Andrew the delivery guy was yelling at my 15 yr old son ! When I got home I asked what was his problem yelling at my son he then said very rudely I refuse to leave you the merchandise n left . Lilly the office manager was no help at all ! Very bad business !!!!!

I went to fill out the application to rent some furniture. The lady was rude, she doesn't smile, not courteous at all. Apparently she asked me to fill out the application never told me I had to put down 6 Family references. She just said 6 & she even asked if one of my references was a friend I said yes. She didn't say anything. Apparently now the Manager would like me to go over to add references. I really wanted to rent the furniture. Now I have to go somewhere else the Manager was also rude, wasn't trying to fix anything to keep the sale. I guess they don't need the business.

Do not go here! Very rude, not helpful, store was a mess! Laura with the fake blonde hair and bad roots was not helpful at all! If you don't like your job or customers you should probably work somewhere else. If you decide to try this place anyways, please do not go with Laura. First time trying this place, since seeing all their ads on fb. Won't go back and will tell others about the horrible customer service..
