The staff was courteous and professional, however, the vehicle inspection process took an unexpectedly long time, exceeding forty-five minutes. It was observed that three other vehicles that arrived after mine were serviced before me.

When I got there there were 3 cars in front of me and it took around 40 minutes till my turn. I got 0w 20 motor oil change for 80 something dollars (less 25 discount coupon). Not worth the wait and cost.

Used to by my favorite place, but some employees recently began using scummy tactics to try and trick me into services I know I did not need. Sad to this location follow this trend. My experience was with new wiper blades and it seems that others share this issue.

I recommend avoiding this location. I went in today for a car inspection and had the displeasure of dealing with Alejandro. Instead of paying $7 and leaving, I ended up having to replace my wipers because dried bird droppings and tree sap smeared slightly during testing. IT IS DRIED BIRD DROPPINGS and DRIED TREE SAP. WHAT DO YOU THINK IF ADD WATER WOULD DO?
My wipers weren’t damaged or cracked, but they failed me anyway. This is the first time I’ve had to pay before the inspection, and I find it odd that in the past, the inspection was performed first, and then I paid if I passed. Very disappointing. There are surely better shops than this one. I guess they have to meet their quota. This place will fleece you for the utmost inconvenience to you.

I would give them a zero stars if I could. Aside from the fact that they said it would take 20 minutes, and I waited nearly an hour, they did exactly what the reviewer said before me--they said they were going to fail me if I didn't buy new blades. My car is practically new and when I asked if they could show me where my blades were damaged, they said it was some film on them that was creating a small streak at the top corner of the windshield. Do yourself a favor and don't go here if you just want to pay $7 for an inspection. Unfortunately as long as I had to wait, and the inability to back up (which seems like a convenience to them), they gave me a "choice: pay for the failed inspection or buy new blades. Unbelievable.

The wait was an hour and a half but I went on a weekend so that's my own fault. The employees were kind but pretty rushed, which is not their fault with only 4 people scheduled to work on a Sunday.
They didn't try and get me to buy anything extra just did my inspection and let me go.

It was my first time going to a Take 5. Aizik completed the oil change on my car. He was friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything clearly. I noticed the techs have good teamwork as well. I had a pleasant experience at this location.

Worst inspection time ever had in my lifetime. Not only did the personnel not apologize for the 45 minute wait time. The person in charge stated they had to charge me for an inspection that they didn’t do because they failed my windshield wipers only after the the fact they told me that they didn’t have the equipment to replace them in stock. How are you qualified to do inspections when you don’t have the proper products in stock when all the signs say they can do luxury vehicles on their banners. Professionalism was poorly conducted with no clear explanation and only after I asked to speak with their district manager was when they attempted to try to assist with their lack of customer service. I will never and would not recommend anyone going to this place for your vehicle inspection.

Came for for an inspection! Crew kept me informed and updated. Got me in and out as soon as possible due to how busy they were. Recommend this location as an option for your lube/oil needs.
