Can't say enough about the quality of service received from owner Chris Cunningham and his technicians at European Auto Werks. Understand he has to pay competitive wages to secure the talents of good technicians. So 'tho his labor rates must reflect that, they are very competitive. And customers can be assured they're not going to be hit with unnecessary work in order to charge more. What's more, technicians employ the same advanced and sophisticated diagnostic equipment as used in Mercedes Benz dealerships.

These guys are as professional as it gets. Chris, Scott and there whole crew are awesome and really take pride in there work to provide the best service. Took my car for a tune up, turbo line leak, and transmission service and left with my car running new all for a great price. Not only will I continue to bring my car here all the time but I will continue recommending these group of guys here. Great work 👍🏼

This was the 3rd European auto shop I was coming to bc everywhere else was either giving me the run around and keeping my car days at a time or quoting me ridiculous prices for my Mercedes E350 & let me tell you the car service was excellent the customer service was amazing & Chris had my ignition coil replaced in no time literally 2hrs!! Very knowledgeable and super caring mechanic who you can tell loves what he does!! Never going anywhere else!!

European Auto Werks has been servicing my cars for a number of years and I have never had an issue with the quality of their work or the cost of their work! I found European Auto Werks by accident....a friend in the MBCA recommended them for work on my 1972 Mercedes 280 SE. The issue was quickly diagnosed and repaired. On my 2003 SL 500, the check engine light came on and I was told by another shop that the repair would cost over $2500...maybe up to $3200, and would take 2 weeks to repair! I didn't tell EAW what the other shop said was wrong with the SL when I brought it into their shop....only that the "Check engine" light was on. EAW said to bring the car down and they would diagnose the problem. Turns out the problem was the gas cap! So a $42 gas cap fixed the $3200 problem and I drove home 30 minutes later. Oh yes, I forgot to mention their professionalism and great customer service. If they are busy they always call you back immediately when you call them to discuss a problem. This is my go-to place as long as I drive a Benz.

One of the guys who who answered was impetuous, curt and impatient and the whole time from the second I said anything tried to rush me off the phone. What a low class boor and unprofessional peasant. I remember the 80s and 90s when people had basic phone etiquette and manners.
