I think this establishment is over prized they quoted me back in 2022 with a reasonable price. Which I agreed on big mistake. In 2023 they higher my monthly bill by 150.00 extra. That’s not the problem, the problem is I was late on one payment and being paid for late there automatic system terminated my policy. After I gave my payment before the next month was due. No Cortesy call or email I we never do business with this agent h who claims to take care of there clients. Be aware public

Spoke to Luis Morales this morning and within 30 minutes, completed a change from another Insurance Company after he thuroughly explained information that I was unaware of and SAVED ME MONEY. Very professional and understanding. Customer service was excellent. Thanks Luis.

I wanted to thank Tracie Miller with the agency for giving me great customer service, answered all my questions was knowledgeable, friendly and returned my calls when they said they would. Allstate is a Great company, pays out well and generally has great products. The specific agents make a difference in the experience we have and Tracie Miller is doing a great job at keeping my business! I would recommend them for sure!

Erika Berrera is my agent, yet I can never get any help on the phone, and my calls are never returned.You don't need an agent until there are problems, and when there are problems, you can't reach your agent.

Very disappointed with Allstate Insurance. From taking to auto and home adjusters Allstate is one of the worst to play damages. My friend dropped them when they refused to play for hail damage in his roof. He now has a good company that insures his roof.

Horrible. Just like the other person, would give 0 stars. Called for help with a binder on Monday, no return call. Called on Tuesday, still no call back. Horrible way to do business.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could.1. You can never get through to their office to a person.2. They never call you back * emailed over a month ago for life insurance, never got a call..3. With them a year and at renewal they doubled with no tickets or accidents!Just purchased progressive, for half the price I would of been paying at same coverage.GO ELSEWHERE

I would be giving 0 stars if I could. This insurance agency completely screwed us over. We specifically requested to have collision insurance and uninsured motorist, and somehow it was never put onto our policy. We did not find out until we ended up getting into a minor fender bender where the other party did not have insurance. Because we did not have these coverages, we have to pay for the damages ourselves. Upon telling Allstate we requested these coverages and asking why they weren’t listed, a coverage investigation took place where all they would tell us was because we didn’t have collision insurance there was nothing to be done. The state of Texas requires all insurance coverage calls to be recorded, and they didn’t even go back to listen to them. Don’t trust these guys, they will screw you over and not do any legitimate investigations.
