They are running a "dent and ding" scam out of this branch. You return the car (or they pickup at your body shop) in perfect condition, they close your ticket and you think you're done. Nope! Weeks later they send you threatening letters about hail damage (during sunny weather?) , despite not having any check-in inspection forms, pictures, etc. They likely are dinging people's insurance for deductibles to pay off their older cars before they sell them. This is criminal activity directed specifically by the management. It's also common nationally for this company.

SUV was ready to go and the ability to drop off at the repair shop made turn in a breeze. No complaints here from Enterprise.

I had an excellent experience. Courtney Ortego was awesome and helped make sure I got the right vehicle.

I rented a vehicle from here for 10 days due to a car accident I was in.When I picked the vehicle up, it was at 3/4 fuel. I noted it on my own and the person doing the inspection said this. I was advised to take insurance at 25$ a day, and to have the insurance company handle it, so I did.I fuel the car up, turn the car in, and the fuel was marked at 7/8 (even though I saw, and was told it was 3/4), which there is a fee for. I was not told this when I turned it in (I would have went back out and put 3 dollars worth of gas in it even though 7/8 is inaccurate in the first place). On top of that, there are 3 additional taxes (besides sales) that amount to 15$ per day. That's 150$ for 10 days (just for the tax mind you, not the car cost or insurance) in which I drove about 60 miles total. They cannot be waived. The insurance company was not added to the insurance portion (25$ per day), I'm responsible for this bizarre additional tax (15$ per day) and I'm being charged a recharging fee, even though I refilled it back to it's starting point (8$). All said I'm on the hook for over 350$, for a car I rented 10 days and drove 60 miles, even though the insurance company paid for the car (the 350$ is comprised of additional and erroneous charges).I would advise anyone to look elsewhere or just use an Uber.

Martin and Mauro really took care of me when I had some complications with my rental. They really put their customers needs first, I would highly recommend using this location for all your car rental needs.

Mauro and Martin were excellent and provided great customer service. I needed a rental for a collision repair and these guys went above and beyond to find me a vehicle despite the huge rental/ vehicle shortage. Highly recommend this location and company to anyone needing a rental. A++

Enterprise Rental customer service is the worst in the industry. My wife received a 2021 GMC Terrain SLE rental on 10/11/22 and she now has a dead car and we can't charge the battery or get in touch with any branch because they either close at noon on Saturday or are closed altogether. The 1-800 # is useless as they farm out calls overseas and they only can send roadside assistance if you pay for it. The process is ridiculous and the only open branch is at the airport and when calling that number it's still farmed out overseas. My wife was told that a manager would reach out to her in 30 minutes to an hour and that was at noon today. It's now 6:21pm and no rental vehicle or customer service call back....It's now 8:30 pm and no replacement vehicle or service call or management call back. Customer is truly on their own....... RA# 7SRT4Q. This rental has been "dead inside my garage since my wife parked it there yesterday. I can't move it since the vehicle is completely dead and the gear shifter are buttons on dashboard. I'm going to have to buy a car charger or rent a car charger somewhere cause Enterprise doesn't care to help. Tried to get customer service to text me instructions on how to proceed since I was having a very difficult time understanding her with such a heavy accent. It's now after 8:30pm and will have to look to rent from a different company because we have grandchild's birthday party tomorrow.

Good luck trying to get anyone to pick up. Reserved a car for Monday morning and tried to call for an hour, but no response. Keep getting hung up on. I called another branch and they immediately answered, but couldn't provide the vehicle I reserved. Also, there are different rates at each location, which makes absolutely no sense.

The vehicle I was given smelled terribly of smoke and had been wrecked but not fixed. When I explained the problem to the manager, he shrugged and said they didn't have anything else. When I asked him to check another location he told me there were no cars anywhere and as a matter of fact there were people sitting in Enterprise locations all over the city just waiting for any vehicle to be returned so they could rent it. I relented and asked if he could let me know when something else came in so we could switch it out, his response was less than encouraging but he said he would. It was almost impressive the lack of disregard he had for my concerns, like he had been trained in the art of apathy, maybe even mastered in it in college. Not one of his responses to me included any eye contact, he just buried his head in the computer inside the location and then the tablet when we went outside to go over the vehicle. In the three days I had the rental he never called to provide something else. The smell of smoke was nauseating so I drove most times with the windows down. Additionally, the truck had a mean shake to it on the highway (probably from the accident it was involved in that had not been repaired). All-in-all, I spent three days in an unsafe odorous pile of junk that should probably have been retired from the inventory a long time ago.
