Discovered some small damage of my interior door trim after purchasing a preowned Porsche that has been bothering me. Started my quest to find a reputable trim repair shop without spending an arm and a leg (especially with high-end vehicles). Was referred to Encore Trim by one of my Wheel Repair personnel and it was an amazing find/recommendation. The owner of Encore, Shawn had been in the business for over 43 years, works for multiple luxury dealerships in town including BMW, MBZ, Audi, Porsche, and Lexus and is an expert in his field. Very approachable and friendly! He was able to squeeze me in on a tight schedule right after New Years and did an fabulous job repairing it in less than 3 hours! Will definitely come back to him for any interior leather/vinyl trim repairs for me business. Highly recommended for any luxury vehicles that needs interior work. Keep up the good work Shawn and Encore Trim!

Encore saved me BIG TIME!! It was a last minute call before I sold my vehicle. The detailer used a steamer and the process unglued some pleather on the door panels. Encore came through and saved me on the day of the sale. Thank you for your promptness of getting me in next day and a phenomenal job. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Need to get a purse fixed for my girlfriend and couldn't find anyone. Lucky for me I found Encore Vinyl & Leather and they helped fix it quick. Really liked how they repaired the leather and for the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend for small leather fixes.

I used Encore to fix a scratched up leather couch cushion. They set appropriate expectations. They did the work that was promised and in a professional manner. They even accommodated me when I asked for quicker service than what was originally agreed. I would use them again.
