Liz and the staff members are amazing. They are compassionate and seem to have. commitment to their patients' well-being. I am impressed by the personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, resulting in remarkable progress and improved outcomes.

If you’re looking for inpatient rehab for your loved one, look no further. I have worked with all of the post active rehab hospitals in town and none of them can compare to Encompass. Liz is always there to help me make the referral/admission go smoothly and communicates thoroughly with the patient, family, and medical team involved.Their functional outcomes are off the charts and over 90% of their patients discharge HOME. This is why I refer to Encompass!

My Mom has been in this rehab hospital for almost 2 weeks and is receiving excellent care from everyone from PT’s to Nurses, Doctors and staff! The food is also very good and Mom, Dad and I highly recommend this place!

I worked here as an RN a few years ago. The CEO at the time and the DON at the time, both white males, confronted the female Hispanic nurse manager in a room alone without HR present. They tried to shift the blame to the female nurse manager, but she stood her ground. The nurse manager complained to HR about feeling threatened and intimidated being alone with two males without HR present. They let her go. This is the same place where over 1500 narcotics went "missing," and they placed the blame 100% on a nurse who later took her life. Poor staffing ratios, 80% nurse turnover rates, and a select few who truly run the facility are the reality of this place. Many CEOs, DONs, and Nurse managers have come and gone, but the same HR has been there over 10 years.

After hearing some concerning stories about other rehab chains, our family felt blessed that our loved one ended up at Encompass. The nurses there are absolutely top notch. They are so patient and professional. Our caseworker was Ms. Miranda who went out of her way to keep us informed. No one ever anticipates needing this type of care. But it’s heartening that if it’s needed, you don’t have to worry about how you or a family member will be treated at this facility.

This is a place of horror!! The pharmacist and hospitality (who is only a family med dr) refuses to follow orders from the surgeon. My mom was given A Tylenol for pain although her surgeon TWICE spoke with the pharmacist, nurses and doctor. How Dr Sanchez can sleep at night is beyond me. He is HORRIBLE! I left my mom twice: once I came back and she was in a Nike sock (no slip sock) alone in the bathroom 24 hours post surgery. (She had massive foot reconstruction and was no weight bearing on that foot.) the second time I left her I came back to her in shock trying to call 911 because she could not get anything for pain. Her blood pressure was 64/48 her pulse rate was 135bpm! The ignorant nurses (RNs and LVNs) could not determine 4 hours!! She was finally given pain meds AFTER her surgeon came up at 9:45p. Her next pill was due at 2am. The ignorant nurses THREE in total kept saying that 4 hours was 3am!! All of this on top of the fire ants in the room!! The PT had my elderly mom hopping on the walker! When I showed pictures to the head nurse, social worker and liaison of what my mom went through, the social worker wept! She couldn't believe what my mom went through. Imagine if I had not been through imagine the hell patients went through during COVID!! This place is HELL!!

Great place. The nurse and techs were helpful, friendly and great. The Drs were amazing and checked in on you and see if you need anything. The physical and occupational therapists were awesome and friendly as well. I'd recommend this place to anyone. They even filled out my application and prescription for my disability placard for my car.

The Most Amazing Hospital and Staff I have ever came in Contact with in my life! From Day 1, they were on it. I was so worried what was gonna happen with my mom. Because nobody is capable of giving her the care she needs after she fell 3 times down the stairs. Her room is upstairs and she doesn't want to be downstairs where everyone can watch her. But these people here were at the Santa Rosa Hospital (151) and picked her up and Transferred to Encompass. She has been there getting the attention and therapy she needs. This place is Better than 5 ?. Thanks Marcy and All! Awesome

I was at Encompass Health for several weeks in early 2021. I had a terrible bout of sciatica. The nurses and therapists were so caring and kind with firmness and gentleness. In spite of my emotional issues, they did all they could to make me ALLbetter. Thank you for your gifts of love. I am doing fine now. They are the best.

I was a patient back in December 2021. The staff were amazing!!. The nurses, PT's, Doctors...I just cant thank you all enough!!! Hopefully i can return the favor by bringing some pizza for everyone once the restrictions with covid are over.

They should not give employees company cars that dont know how to drive, was behind car number 8869 a blue Chevy suv. The driver was more worried about spinning and twirling his employee badge than driving safely on the road. He was swerving back and forth for atleast 10 miles, Non stop.

The facility is top notch. But what really makes Encompass special is the staff. From the occupational and physical therapist, to the nurses and techs. They are knowledgeable, professional, kind and on top of your every need. I couldn't be in better hands.

I’ve been here for two weeks now and all I can say is WOW!!!! The entire staff here is very friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. I have seen and felt a huge difference in my strength of my body, my confidence, and independence. The Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists push you to meet the goals they set and show a tremendous amount of support for you along the way. I definitely would recommend this facility to anyone needing physical rehabilitation. Thank you everyone here at Encompass for helping me gain my independence and confidence back!!!!
