I was treated like garbage by Karina. The other people were dismissive and rude as well. A really bad experience. The sales people are either overly aggressive or completely flippant. I think I'll just shop online.

Sales associates are wildly dismissive of the plains dressed consumer. I've been in here several times and I have to actively seek to break up an employee huddles only to a roll of eyes and sighs. I will never understand why retail associates want to turn up their noses on customers...I've ended up taking business to the online or surrounding retailers for purchases.

Big D! You can tell I'm Texas by the cut in my Neiman Marcus jeans. I like to go shopping here for his & hers submarines, Gucci shoes, Prada neckerchiefs, Balenciaga ascots and all the hippest stuff. It's called "Fashion" Brenda! This place is so cool- they keep things clean, sharp, colorful. I love their displays- they are always keeping it fresh with new designs, new seasonal wares, new looks as they come in. Yea, things may be a bit on the 'needless markup' side, but that's what makes Neiman's so great. You don't need a tiki sweatshirt, but you want it. That's what matters. They sell all the odoriferous perfumes and cosmetics you can think of. Their shoe selection is unmatched in the Alamo city. The staff has always been pleasant, professional, and full of great opinions on everything - everything. Parking is easy. This location is out at La Cantera, and there's a scenic view from the parking lot of the Rattler in Six Flags. My favorite thing about this location is all the public artwork, the permanent additions that they took the care to do large scale colorful installations. Nice.

Great online customer service & follow up. Had a discount code for 15% and was unable to use it to purchase a specific brand (excluded) but didn't realize it until after I had begun the purchase. They followed up via email after a feedback survey(you never know if those are automated or not!) after I expressed frustration about the process being confusing with the sign up discount, they credited my account for the discount, although they certainly didn't have to. Surprised they were actually paying attention! Great follow up on their end!

Love the whole store but the best area is the Home! The sales associate Philip is just devine!! He's so attentive and always welcoming. He's very informative and willing to help anyone. We need to clone him and put him in the Cosmetic/Handbag area. The sales associates there need a lesson or two on being non judge mental and nice. I give five stars because of the Home Sales Associate only! If not it would most likely be less.

Apparently neiman marcus's ceo is named karen.Really goes towards explaining a lot about this place as there's definitely a trickle down effect going on. Head over to saks or macys instead.

i bought a la prairie cream for my daughter and she dont want it so next day i went to return it i paid almost $1450 so paola this hispanic woman like me was so unprofessional she lied to me when i told her to please to refund this amount the way i paid was $800 from neiman marcus card and $650 from visa chase so this paola she dont put me not even $1 dlls credit to my visa chase so i ask her 3 times and she told me is gonna be reflected today monday so now i check and called chase and they told me nothing is in process or pending,so this woman paola need to be fired from this store with too much reputation.now i open a dispute just because her stupid ignorance or maybe she made in pourpose because she lost her commission who knows.be careful with this woman she works in nm la cantera in the department of prairie and channel

Horrible service. after multiple try's we can't get anyone on the phone to assist me and I'm not driving to San Antonio until I know they have a dress in-house that I'm looking for. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
