I mean I've never been to their brick and mortar store, however I am familiar with them online and have placed several orders with them which have ALL BEEN GREAT! Everything arrived on time, in perfect condition and no problems whatsoever! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for the items which they offer because they are certainly the upper echelon of aftermarket and custom goods!! Just make sure if you come across something you like that is sold out absolutely sign up to be notified when it's back in stock otherwise otherwise it's impossible to get your hands on some of their stuff it's highly regarded and sought after! The QC on my Stiletto Mk.2 trigger shoe was impeccable and after 6months the shoe still has all of dlc finish and safety still completely gold! The kicker is, it's better than most others costing up to and over $150 except it only cost $99!!! So ya it's going on ALL my pieces as soon as I can get them!

Absolutely terrible support. I ordered grips and they sent me a mag well. I emailed the day I received it and was told that despite what their website says "To start a return, you can contact us at
[email protected]. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted." You will be required to pay for your own shipping. Their support is extremely condescending with their response regarding chargebacks (especially after I tried to resolve the issue amicably), see below "Too easy, we will supply them with the entire email chain you just sent & they will reverse it. (I think that's called theft by the way) Have a great day." Stay far away from this company

The word to describe my experience with Empire would have to be Bespoke. Upon arrival I was completely thrown off by how low key the establishment was. This is apparently by design because what the owner at Empire seem to pride himself on is that they don't need to be loud. It's more like the saying if "you know, you know" and I defiantly know their products are of the highest quality because everything is made and designed in house. With their very precise quality machines, workers and only the best of materials you get what you pay for. I highly encourage taking a tour if they offer it there is much potential for this company and I am glad I am getting on the band wagon now.

The work empire does and the customer service is 2nd to none I had a slide milled for a vortex venom and cerakoted my slide. I selected the wrong suppressor height sights the first time around and the guys at empire helped me get the right ones and installed them with no hassle truly an amazing experience as this is my first red dot optic. I cannot wait to get more work done with empire. you can't go wrong getting work done here

When I tell you, the customer service here is amazing; IT IS TOP NOTCH! While being deployed, I order parts and gotten customization on them and due to COVID the company emailed me consistently until my order was exactly what I expected.
