This was the worst experience in buying a truck i have ever had. Rude service and did not come through with any of there promises to fix the minor things. Had it for four days and told me it was done, but it had never move from when i dropped it off.

sale went ok, didnt want to put any money down due to the unforseen facts of trying to get oem parts or equivalent replaced when they werent checked at the dealership and they gave us cheap parts not equal to oem. Call backs are slow to happen if not at all. Negotiating anything is near impossible to be done worse then pulling teeth, if i wasn’t a mechanic someone would be taken advantage of easily. not satisfied at all. I even said don’t order cheap parts as a replacment and thats exactly what happened. dont come here to buy a car.

It's the worst, the biggest mistake I made when buying there, the car was a mess when I got to my house, the radiator exploded but I had already given $4500 DP, they never wanted to take responsibility there, what they sell is pure junk, it didn't even last the year, I lost my money and in the end they told me that I couldn't do anything to them because I had signed papers and there it said in very small letters that you are practically paying for a piece of junk car... and they are in collusion with the SANTA ANA workshop that is in Culebra … BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING IN THAT LOT THEY ARE CRACKED AND THEIR CARS ARE NO USE… you lose your money you lose your car you lose everything. AND THE SANTA ANA WORKSHOP, APART FROM REPORTING TO THE INSURANCE, THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU AS IF THE INSURANCE DIDN'T COVER IT AND THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING FOR YOU. They abuse people with little credit.——

Better cars than I have usually seen in small car lots. Peter was very helpful and patient with us while we kept trying to find the right car and get the right financing. Everyone in there was helpful but Peter put up with us the longest.
