Called Ellis Insurance for Home and auto quotes and was connected to Michael McGruder. Michael led me down the right path. He found several options to go over. He made me feel comfortable and not rushing me listening to all my concerns. We came up with the right insurance for my family that I felt good about. Michael was very professional, compassionate, very knowledgeable about the different insurance programs, and really cared about the customer's best interests. I woul highly reccommend Michael for your insurance needs.

I highly recommend contacting Ellis when you begin shopping around for car insurance. At first I was quoted outrages rates by Insurance companies to the point it didn't make buying a car seem worth it anymore lol. I didn't know where to turn and luckily I stumbled upon Ellis Insurance Agency and they took care of me.Their agent Michael is an awesome guy. He's very personable and genuinely dedicated to finding the best rate possible. Thanks to Michael's help I saved over 60% on my monthly rate. I'm not kidding. I refuse to contact insurance companies myself at this point.Give Ellis a call and ask for Michael! 10/10 experience.

2017, I was looking for home insurance and I don't know where to start to look for. and also afraid that I will have barrier communicate especially I am deaf. So, Relator referred me to this. First one Debra, She helped me, she looking for best insurance and get everything ready then, she show me lists and I was happy insurance that she found it for me. Guess what, I dont have to talk to different insurance, I dont have to worry to struggle communicate with all different insurance. She took care of it for me everything all I do is read and agree or disagree then sign papers work. That it. I dont feel stress or worry. It made my things lighter. Debra is my first one, then Melissa, and Now Jazmin. What is special about this office, every time I call or email them that I need help, they know that I am deaf because they put notes on system that I am deaf. Everyone know what to do communicate with me..High Recommend for Deaf/Hard of Hearing to come this office and let them take care of you that they will looking for you with best insurance whatever you need, house, auto, life, health, etc. if you have problem with these insurance or need claim for something, they will take care of it for you too.. believe it or not, it help me not even stress or worry to deal with people who not have knowledge about deaf/hard of hearing with relay interpreter.Thank you Debra, Melissa, and Jazmin for your best!! My father contacted several different agencies after receiving an increase from their current insurance company. He ultimately decided on Ellis Insurance because of the great quotes that were provided along with receiving excellent customer service. It was obvious to me why he chose Ellis Agency. After his passing, I worked directly with Jennifer Campbell on home owners renewals, car insurance renewals, changes in pricing for changes in renewal terms, and ultimately cancellations. At every step of the way Jennifer was sensitive to my needs and our situation and provided quick responses and support. If I every moved from NC to TX, I wouldn't hesitate to contact the Ellis Agency and especially Jennifer.

I love everything about Ellis Insurance Agency. We've gotten car insurance through them for the past 2 years and they've always made the process super seamless. We've specifically had the pleasure of working with Melanie and she's been amazing. She really goes out her way to ensure you get the best possible insurance premiums, with the best value, and that she answers any and all questions you might have. I have been a client of Ellis Insurance Agency for 18 years, both personally and professionally. Working in residential mortgages many years ago, my company referred clients to Ellis who needed new homeowners policies, and that is how I got to know them. Seeing first hand how well they served our clients and hearing all of the positive feedback, I went to them myself when we bought our first home. I have been a home and auto client ever since! We switched for one year to a different broker in an effort to help out a friend who started working there, and the difference in service and responsiveness was night and day. Needless to say, we returned to Ellis as soon as we could. The team is knowledgeable and courteous, and I always get a response within the day when I send a question or have a need. Every time renewal comes up, my agent is already pricing our policies to make sure we are still getting the lowest available premiums before I even ask. I have used other agents in the past for auto and renters insurance, and none measure up to the excellent service and confidence provided by Ellis Insurance Agency. My family will remain part of the Ellis family for years to come!

Amy Hurst became our agent for a San Antonio property I managed. She was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and very efficient in understanding our needs, advising coverage parameters and securing our policy. After a catastrophic property fire and total loss, she helped me navigate the claims process. She was instrumental in securing the maximum insurance proceeds payout for our company after we were originally told the payment would be partial.
