Was my saving grace, being able to have my screen replaced within the same day for a very reasonable price was amazing! Might not be able to be same day for every repair, but I lucked out that my part was in stock. This guy is professional and polite, highly recommend using this place for your device repair needs!

I wanted to give this guy a chance! He fixed my Grandsons game about a year ago. Of course he took his time but he got it done! Took my Grandsons game to him a week ago and he told me he would have it done in two days, ok cool! Go in two days, he tried to turn it on and it still wouldn’t connect and it wasn’t fixed. So, for three days he kept saying he was going to fix it, he’s super busy! Still trying to give him a chance, I told him I would be there the weekend! He called Saturday saying he knew what it was and would have it done by Monday! Go pick up my Grandsons game, still not fixed “because he didn’t have time” and now it’s not even turning on! Took my Grandsons game to a more reputable repair shop and they informed us that this guy burned out the mother board! So the game is ruined! Guess that’s why he threw it back together the way he did! Nice guy but won’t ever do business with him again, very disappointed! Trying to find a legal way to fix this

Just had my ps5 fixed, owner is awesome. Customer service 5 stars, communication 5 stars, quality of work 5 stars, price 10 stars, prompt fixed in 3 hours. I have found my forever electronics repair guy. Will be spreading the word as much as I can.And that is incense you'll smell, nothing wrong with that!Thanks man! It was a pleasure!

Black man there giving amazing service. Dude a Genius. Anytime I've needed a phone fixed he's fixed it. Fixed my PS4 also! Dude swapped storage units from laptop and put it in my game system that was running slow. Worked even better than before !!!

When I first walked in the door gets smelled like weed. All he did was erased all my data on my PS4 and it still doesn't work a charge me $55. What a rip-off.

I had a iPhone 12 Pro Max, my phone needed a update and I updated it. Once the update was complete the phone would not power on, just the Apple logo would show up. I took the phone to Apple first that was a whole day at Apple iykyk…? they tried to fix it said it was going to be 600$ to take it apart and have a technician look at it. So I ended up here with electronics r us. I took my phone in long story short Terrance had my phone fixed. Great quality work, and thanks for not charging me an outrageous price also, thanks for the phone case. I would recommend this business in the future!

I had a ps4 with a faulty HDMI port and Terrance fixed it within 4 hours of me dropping it off! Not only that the price was affordable and the customer service is top notch for sure! I will definitely be coming back if any of my electronics break again no doubt! Terrance saved me from gaming on my crusty laptop from 2008 lol. Thanks again bro!
