I want to start off that my girls and I went to a shop in Corpus and the moment we walked in they were rude. We decided to come to SA and I remembered that one of my girls got her prom dress there back in 2019, so I decided to go there first not knowing if we were going to get treated the same way in corpus. We are not small people lol so I was just waiting for the lady or man to say it's going to be hard cause of the size but no we did NOT get treated that way, we got treated with a smile and were told they would have something there. So we waited for our turn, we were already happy. We went to second level and the lady greeted us right away. I told her my girl is looking for a Quince dress and yes it's in Feb and I know it's really close to the month. Instead of her saying it's to late or I won't have time she right away said well look in this area if not we can order one. The last store told us we were out of time lol so now we are happy and loving it. Seeing my girl come out happy and both ladies smiling with her I knew we were leaving with that dress and crown. Because of how everyone treated us we didn't want to go anywhere else. They were the best and my girl is really happy. Thank y'all

We went in today to look at a dress for my grand daughter and we get there around 4:45 pm and this older man in a chair just sliding around everywhere rudely says “did yall need something?” I say yes we’re here to see your dresses and he says “well you can’t bc they’re upstairs and it’s all locked up already” so I ask ok so what time are y’all open and he tells “do you live here in San Antonio?!!” So I’m like yes he’s like well “tomorrow at 10am” so I ask til what time are you open till? “He’s like come back tomorrow we can’t help you today” so I asked again, yes I know you’re open tomorrow at 10am but till what time? and he says again “tomorrow, we can’t help you today!” RUDE!! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!! this is one business off my list!! You know it’s fine if you’re about to close just kindly say “sorry we can’t help you because we’re about to close but if you come back tomorrow we’ll gladly help you” and I promise would have said fine but all that rudeness for being a business is so unnecessary especially when you act like you’re doing me a favor!!

This is the worst experience ever. My daughter and niece bought their brides maid dresses in March and told that they would be ready by 04/18, we have called them on multiple occasions and each time they say when the dresses come in they will call us. The old man that sits in the front answer a majority of the time says he doesn’t know, to wait for a call laughs and hangs up on us. When we advise it is past the date that dresses should be here, they say they will look into it and call us back. We have called roughly 12 time and have never received a return call. It is now May 24 and well over a month since the dresses should have been received. Me and my other niece ordered our dresses two weeks later and I am also worried that we will be having the same issues. My daughter has been crying and is having so much stress and anxiety over this situation. Never will we shop at this store again. This is the most unprofessional and rude place I have ever shopped!

DO NOT GO HERE !!! I can tell you now I’m a veros picky person when it comes to dresses I’ve been to quite literally every dress store in San Antonio.( no joke) At first my friend, boyfriend and I went in looking for 2 prom dresses. We were told no appointments need for prom (great) we got there towards closing time around 6:30 left at 6:50. Some background my boyfriend and friend help each other get into any prom dress. Mostly my boyfriend with me in the dressing room because I’m short and curvy so I need help when putting dresses on top to bottom. As well sipping up because I get a size smaller so I’m snatched therefore can’t zip up on my own more corset it back up on my own. This wasn’t a problem with a lady who let us both into the dressing room. Putting on the dress alone made me gag with the way it smelt. After maybe 3 minutes of us trying to clasp and get the zipper up. After we both walked out of the dressing room to meet my friend to help her. This other lady immediately started getting aggressive with me and my boyfriend asking if I really did need help with my dress and idk about yall when the zipper goes all the way from the top of my back to the bottom YES I DO. She kept saying there was a little girl changing in the room next to me. Which I didn’t see a problem with him helping me out because these dressing rooms are full walls and you can’t see through them nor under or above.so much so we didn’t even know the little girl was in there. I would’ve understood if she said he can’t be in the room with me I understand that some stores don’t like guys in the room with the girl. So I told her ok that’s fine. knowing he usually carries my phone I asked if he had it but we left it in the dressing room. When he went to grab it with the door wide open where everyone can see inside to grab it for my real quick she started getting more mad. Just because he grabbed my phone. She kept telling me there’s a little girl changing in a dressing room so he’d have to go way over to the front. she wasn’t even wanting to let him pass the front desk (he’s black). If I’m trying on dresses how the hell is he supposed to see the dress from the front desk. Which the view is blocked from isles of dresses. After that my friend and I examined our dresses and that’s when I realized when putting my hand on The dress was sticky. It felt like they just glued on the rhinestones and applications. She then told us the store is closing ( they still had people trying on dresses and doing measurements). Eventually my friend helped me out the dress after I texted her I wasn’t liking how the ladies were acting. As well the up to 50% off sign is misleading we were looking for those dresses and that was the first isle we were in. However the lady told us that another isle was only prom dresses. When clearly it was a whole area of them. I can guarantee you that the service your given if your the wrong color will be aggressive and treat you as if your a criminal. You can find amazing prices at glamour boutique. And amazing service anywhere else. Luv boutique has rental and the service there was amazing. David’s bridal also had a sale and the service was amazing in helping us find a dress and even letting my take forever to decide on a dress(I’m indecisive). They were amazing. Out of all the stores I went to this store had the most aggressive people and unhelping. I highly recommend going to other stores in the area.

Probably not going to get our deposit back but here is my rant. My got his tux for prom.. now the return paper said to drop off on Sunday the 14th.. not thinking anything of it . Till we notice Google says they are closed today.. My husband called and someone picked up but they were talking in the background.. he went over there.. sign says open but the door is locked.. I called back again and left a message.. called back and he was so rude.. turns out the reviews mention the same guy.. well he hung up on enough people, I hung up on him.. Avoid Eduardo's unless you want inaccurate and rude service

We went in looking for a prom dress for my daughter. Sylvia was so patient and helpful. There were 2 other who I could not thank enough but I didn’t get there name. One lady was helping Sylvia with my daughter’s fitting. Then there was an old man who I was very grateful for. Being a single mother on a very tight budget he was very generous. Thank you so much to all who help yesterday.

You don't need appointment but when u call they should tell you that you are only allowed to try on 3 dress (sweet 16, which was not told to me.when we spoke the day before) . It was so dead in the store and the staff acted like they didn't even want to sell any dress. When they try dress on you have to be the one to help them try it on. They do have a big selection of dresses that are under 500 (sold as is)

Horrible horrible place. Worse costumer service ever. Not to be rude but that man has no business answering phones and working the front desk. He’s very rude. I have to call and call because he kept leaving me on hold. I would call back and he would act as if he never spoke to me. Very stressful dealing with this place.

We’ve been customers for over 20 years for every single formal occasion Eduardo’s has had the best quality and selection. The best part is it’s affordable too. So happy with the customer service and I love seeing the owner as soon as you walk in the door a true treasure to San Antonio

Idk how this is still a running business? Horrible service on multiple days with multiple people including Eduardo himself. Will never go back and I'm telling everyone who will listen how ugly they are with people. They are not helpful and make you feel like you're being a nuisance. They gave me a price on a dress ($250) then when we went back to purchase, the lady named Esther said it was $100 more. I told her that's not what she told us originally the week prior because I wouldn't have let my daughter try it on if it was over our budget. Esther said "I'll have to ask the front desk for the price" as she rolled her eyes. Then we walked to the front and she told the register lady "charge them $250" and walked away. No customer service skills at all. Giving it 1 star only because my daughter loved her dress but I will never go back and will never send anyone to them. Horrible.
