Our outfitter recommended Eddie's so we gave them a try. We have tried the medium hot sausage and the buck sticks and both are good. All items were vacuum sealed. We are happy with their service and would use them again.

Great place. Friendly personable & knowledge staff. Very accommodating. They will be my go to butcher shop when I hunt in TX!
