After months of promise to deliver the sign, it was delivered with major damages and lights not working. Some of the letters don't have proper cut outs. It was warped and when I pointed it out, they went next door with it on the truck to "repair." Part of the face of my logo is missing/torn off. Went back and forth with him fixing it and replacing it and still nothing over a year later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Upgraded our lights to the LED. Sign looked great for awhile. Then, half the lights stopped working. Our sign is under warranty and we have been calling for over 6 months to get it fixed. The owner keeps setting up appointments but never shows up. We have been extremely patient and writing this review was the last resort.

He installed the sign with missing L and these imperfections He did a patch job to get final payment The patch job didn’t hold up . The sign sign sat in his shop for months with the missing L . He sent me a picture of sign Dec ,6 sign was missing the L .he kept giving excuses why it couldn’t be delivered. I told him I was re depositing the final payment check .Deposit was paid September 21 , I opened in Nov. Defective incomplete sign installed Jan 30 ,for second time still missing the L ,then patch work , days later patch work fails and I’ve been contacting him ever since to correct or refund my money and take his sign .

Don’t do business with this company Wish there is a zero I really don’t like to leave bad comments but this company and owner doing things intentionally I paid them full and then never install my sign Owner is very unprofessional and don’t care once you paid them in full I was very stupid waiting and waiting trusting him don’t do business with this guy

I contacted Issac March 25 within 24 hours I had a mock up of my sign... he told me 3-4 weeks. My sign was installed April 13th not even 3 weeks later. I am impressed by the professionalism, the quick turn around time and the communication. I highly recommend this company! Thank you so much Issac I absolutely love my sign and working with you.
