WOULDNT SUCK SO BAD IF THE CREDIT CARD READERS WORKED AND IT WASNT ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO BRING CASH TO USE THE FACILITIES.

This place is a joke. Visited to use the vacuum and immediately noticed the mediocre patch repairs on the vacuum hoses. Duct tape? This a business not a home project. The suction was incredibly weak because of this.
It was $1 to vacuum and it lasted less than 5 minutes. What a ripoff.

10/21/2023 is the last day I will ever go to this sucky place again! It scratches my truck and the guy did was hold up a rubber flap. I bet If he was slapped with it, it would leave mark or two.

The selections on the dial aren't in order. It was my sister's first time washing a car at a self service car wash. She was totally lost. She would have lost some money for sure if I wasn't there.

Honestly, save your money. There are at most four vacuums available, and three of them were taken up by vehicles, owned and operated by the car wash itself. The wash was at best average but because you can't use the vacuum and there's no place to clean your match you end up, leaving without your vehicle is clean as you'd like. I would definitely not recommend Aunt would advise anyone needing a car wash to go somewhere else.

I started going when it was Bee Clean, and I thought it was the best, but it's gone downhill since. The brushes on the passenger side don't touch my car. It used to get my wheel covers clean but no more. The last time I went, the brush that runs across the top didn't spin or raise up. Imagine my panic as I see it coming straight for my windshield. It scraped across the entire length of my car. Fortunately, I don't think I have any damage. I've given them chance after chance but it's not improving. I will be canceling my subscription.

I have gone many times to this place many times. It's kinda ok with my wife's little car but my Silverado came out as dirty as it went in pretty much after paying almost $10 for a basic wash. 3 times now. Thought maybe because so many cars backed up and running alittle faster but went even when slow and the same results. Might as well wash by hand at home.

I have been going to this car wash for years. I have been taking the same vehicles there during that time. However, my last visit was my LAST visit. I went through, paid my money, got in line, and just before going in, I was informed that I had to remove my antenna. Now that does not happen without taking out a wrench, and hopefully being able to break it free. I told them that I had been coming there for years and had never had a problem. I was told that it did not matter, either I could remove it, sign a waiver, or get a refund and leave. As I was the next one up, I could not see how that was going to happen, so I signed the waiver, and fumed all the way through the cleaning. I understand that they are now owned by a corporation, but customer retention is critical, and this did not have to be the reason to drive me away.

If I could put -0- stars I would. When Bee Clean. now called Go Car Wash first opened it was great. It washed my truck and car very well. The vacuums also worked very well. But in the last year and a half the place is HORRIBLE!!! I tried it twice just to make sure it was not an off day. Both times one side of my car had about 1/4" wide streaks about 2" long. I tried polishing them out. I tried buffing them out. But nothing worked. Also both times I used the vacuum and the hardly sucked. I even sat in my car waiting for someone to move so I could try another stall. Also the last time I went I paid with a credit card. I got the $10.00 about a week later I noticed another charge from the same place. The back said it was a reoccurring payment. I told the bank that is not what I ask for and to please cancel. Which the bank did. I will never go back there again. I pay a little more but now I go to the CAR WASH on Nacogdoches road. This place is horrible.

Best touch free wash I have found so far. I do the $10 double wash. Other places were scratching my car.
