I’ve been living at Easton for about a year and half now in the beginning Easton was nice and everyone did there jobs probably making the complex enjoyable to live at . But in the past month or so I’ve notice a lack of maintenance and care especially for what we pay to live here I would expect high maintenance since this is a luxury apartment community. The reason I’m rating so low is because trash bins are always overflowing , dog poop is everywhere because there is no dog bags majority of the time to pick up the dog poop even though there suppose to be checked daily . Dog park is always filled with dog poop dog park is also falling apart every time going there . Again for the price most residents pay would expect better care of the community.

I lived here for three years, three different units, overall good experience until the end. Into my second lease/apartment management did help me transfer units in the middle of my lease due to very noisy neighbors below me. In my last apartment/lease the dryer was extremely old and would burn my clothes while drying and leave brown burn marks on my clothes. I complained about it several times and submitted multiple work orders, at first they would come look at it and said it was up to the manager if they would change it out. Over time nothing happened and it got to the point that they would mark the work orders as complete and no one would even come out so after a while I just let it go and dealt with it. I moved out two weeks ago and I suppose someone already moved into the unit because one of my cards got mailed there and someone activated it and tried to take out cash on it. Jokes on them because it was a federal card which alarmed me right away but nice try. So be careful new tenant in 1611 might try to steal your stuff too.

my experience at the Easton has been absolutely amazing. I have been living here for a full year and I have absolutely no issues maintenance staff super kind always fixes everything when I put in a work order and they always keep me up-to-date if the part is ordered ….NO roaches!! Pest free apt! The staff in the office is honestly one of the most understanding, helpful, professional people I have ever worked with. The price is right for the area, and I have no issues with my neighbors. I would absolutely recommend the apartments to anyone. Don’t wait, go in and tour an apartment and movie in! I have been thought my fair share of apt experiences and this has been the BEST! The staff really tries there best to keep the complex safe and clean..

No matter how many times you call them, they won't answer the phone. I called them for 3 days many times and received no response. I went to the office, and they were all on TikTok or watching their phones.

. The floors are so thin and every time you walk from one room to the other there is noise and they allow the tenants to complain. They are eager to evict people in order to get the full year of rent for an empty space.not recommended .

Hi folk, a friend talked with someone living at Easton , a lady, Eddie the maintenance man gave her an air conditioner for one room only, when her air conditioning went down, only for ten days, he asked for the air conditioner back leaving her without an a/c. He threatened to call the police on her son the lady said. Eddie, when I lived at his apartments, cancelled my request for a working refrigerator, leaving me to live without a working fridge, water was ruining food inside, for 6 months and they charged me $1,600 when I decided to fire Eddie and Clarissa as my apartment company. Do not go to Easton unless it is a last resort folk.

For the price I would’ve expected better property managers in all honesty, I guess luxury doesn’t always equal good service. I called several times due to having no water in my apartment only just to come to the office and every single person is sitting down chit chatting and this isn’t the first time trying to get their attention. I mentioned the No water and she goes “Oh I forgot to send out a reminder” it’s not mindful at all. Front Office be mindful and answer your phones!

I am over the over watering of the grounds here! Stop wasting water. Tired of walking my dog in the mud. Today I was walking my dog and once again the sprinklers come on again. When they were just on this morning. It's so frustrating you don't need to water all the flipping time. The weds are green and the dirt is wet! Please stop watering so much!!!!!

Easton Apartments are a beautiful complex with so many amenities offered for residents like myself. The management team consistently goes above and beyond to serve our community. Christian helped me personally, to make my move in a smooth process. I couldn’t be more content living here!

The communication with this complex is ridiculous. The gym has been closed since 10/05 for new equipment, and it's been closed until further notice. Not too long before this, they closed it for a month to renovate it and also did not give an opening date. They close the ameneities and never give an expected date of when they'll open. I paid more for the amenities and have hardly had the chance to use them. I checked on the gym from time to time and it's been unchanged since they put in the new equipment. Not only that, but they drag on maintenence issues. I put in a work order because my freezer was broken and it took them a week to come out and look at it. I put in a work order for my microwave and it took them a month to get me a new one. The water lines are always being shut off and they removed a nice playground for a tacky pickleball court that no one uses. They made these changes without asking their tenants for their opinions. They advertise themselves as luxury living but you don't even get to use the amenities they offer and also make you wait absurd amounts of time to work on your issues. If you want to splurge on your rent, I'd go somewhere else, this place is going downhill.

I just moved in and have enjoyed everything so far! Staff was super helpful and professional. The community has such a beautiful aesthetic and the amenities are very nice.
