I always find the staff very helpful. Had to sell an estate's firearms and they bought them all. Process took a while as they are very thorough. Yes, you lose 30% over private sale, but my time is valuable too. I researched values before I went in and they evaluated them just a hair more than what I found to be market value. Satisfied, knowing the terms going in.

This is the absolute best gun shop in town. Family own and operated and it shows. The staff is friendly and professional, the store is well laid out and stocked and they only offer the best of the best at fair prices. The store has an upscale yet friendly and relaxed atmosphere. If you live in the San Antonio area or even if you live close enough, it is worth the drive to come check it out. Tons of hidden gems in the used section with lifetime warranties in anything you purchase. Do yourself a favor and stop by and talk to their staff before you buy your next firearm, knife, optic or need some gunsmithing done - you'll be glad you read this review and visited. Thank you Dury's for a great shopping experience.

Took a .22 in to get fixed, because it was having failure to go into battery issues, “Bo” said that the gun was just all around poor quality and couldn’t be fixed. Without actually describing what part was wrong with the gun, overall very disappointed with the lack Of effort, I had asked what part exactly is bad about the gun and his response was “the whole gun is bad… “I understand the gun is from the 70s and has well over 10,000 rounds through it so it couldn’t be that poor of quality however the lack of effort and knowledge from this individuals is disappointing and after everything was said and done I still paid the ” $50 diagnostic fee“You’re better off just working on the gun yourself and watching a YouTube video then wasting $50 on these guys

Had a gun shipped here and was treated like a criminal, profiled, to all of my dark skinned people stay away from this place.. Dude talked to me as if I was a criminal even though I passed the back ground.I have lots of guns, he wanted me to know that the ATF will be checking on me as if I'm doing illegal activities. No one else was spoken to just the only black woman in the store. He talked as if I had no rights I'm a law abiding citizen I'm 51 yrs old and have never broken the law, theThe manager came out spoke to me seemed to be a cool dude but the damage was done.I will never have anything shipped here or buy any thing from Drury again.BLACK FOLK stay away from this place you are not welcomed here. It's 2024 and we are still the target of racism even though we follow the law and pay our taxes this was a horrible experience I'm in tears now while I type this there is a way you talk to people and the way he spoke to me was just wrong. Again Black Folk Beware spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

This place WAS great. They charged $60 for a transfer to a Texas LTC holder? I have won a few auctions on Gunbroker that they have. I will not use them as an FFL for anything I win from other shops and have brought in. Normal fee for an LTC is $20-25 but if a customer already, even less or free. Hell they had to do the paperwork on the gun I was picking up from them anyway and only had to add one more gun on it. I wish this was better, but this place is not what it used to be. Very few guns at a price you can pay anywhere in San Antonio, probably less elsewhere. They do a lot of Gunbroker and other online auctions, which lookes like their bread and butter now. You win an auction and pay a fair price at the action, then pickup and background is free. And you decide what you pay or don't pay, it's an auction. Will be my only repeat business going forward.

Bought a shotgun off their website, was also listed on Guns Int’l, they charged my CC, I get an email confirmation of the order, then I get a call from them and they say “the price was a mistake, we are cancelling the sale, so sorry”. Guess I don’t know how they do business in Texas, sure wouldn’t work that way in Montana.
