I had a good experience buying a pair of shoes. The employee was attentive to my needs and offered many other accessories to go with my purchase. Love my new shoes...Thank you very much ?! The employees here are amazing and greet you the minute you walk in. I love a place where you are truly the customer.

I always feel nervous asking for more sizes/styles when trying shoes on but when I went in the other day, Gabi was the absolute best. She was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable, as well as offering some great advice on maximizing comfort for certain styles and made great recommendations for future styling, will definitely be going back soon thank you!!

When I was at store and initially bought my first pair of Doc's, the rep was very helpful and i bought a pair for work. I wore it out the door as i went straight to work at USPS. Towards the middle of night, i work overnight, i had to shove tissue in my shove to prevent discomfort. I tried to return but they refused. This is worst customer service for an expensive pair of shoes! Please do NOT shop at Doc Martens!! There are alot of alternate shoe stores for better comfort at a better price!!!

Y’all. I had the time of my life at the Dr Martens store today. I wandered in on a whim and I was greeted instantly by the lovely staff. I want to shout out Terri in particular. She was so helpful and we had a very pleasant and interesting conversation. My new favorite store at the mall! Best staff hands down. Also there selection of shoes is really great and they had an awesome Black Friday sale. Will be coming back

Had no idea this store existed inside Northstar Mall, however had a really good experience with the sales staff. Made a purchase for my wife and would definitely return. Glad there is a shop close by.

Went there looking for a specific model which is only available online. Wish I knew the girls name that helped me out bc she was outstanding!! She helped me pick a pair that were basically the same ones I was looking for. All the girls were really sweet and left extremely happy with my very first pair of Docs, might come back again!!!

Incredibly friendly staff that will work with any of your needs. I have paralysis in one leg with CRPS. It's difficult to find shoes that don't cause pain. They worked with me and were understanding and caring about my needs. I highly recommend this store. Not to mention, Doc's last forever and are fantastic shoes!

WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR QUALITY DR. MARTEN?!?!Bought a pair of docs ($175.00 + tax) and haven't even had them a year the the leather is separating from the sole on both shoes! NEVER had this happen. Don't know what's going on but the docs of old would last 25 years! I take care of my docs and condition them with the Dr. Martens brand of conditioner.So now I'm out almost $200 and a pair of shoes that are worthless to me now. The whole point of buying Dr. Martens is how long they last and how they get better with age right? Wow! Not anymore people!
