Unorganized, boxes everywhere, notoriously short staffed. This location is managed by a rude, lazy mother and daughter. I witness them being rude to the workers, and getting annoyed when they have to help.

Went to this location to pick up some new items they had in stock today. The store looked busy, but the cashier brandy was very nice. She was good at having conversations and is very patient with me while my card was giving me problems. Called her manager, and she was tall with glasses and curly hair. No name tag, but she was super nice and helped out with the problem. Good job dollar tree.

I always come here every so often around the weekends, each time I show up I always manage to see this one girl I believe her name tag said emerald? She’s always constantly moving yet there’s a grace about it. Idk if there was other workers there that were there to help her because I mostly saw her practically running the whole store by herself, yet she didn’t seem to falter or be sloppy even though she was the only worker there. Saw her help out a customer about where an item was that she needed even though she was running cashier and the line was getting longer she was attentive to assist and even managed to still keep her pace. Seeing this pic of theses gift boxes and baskets made me happy and even satisfied, just the way they were arranged made me want to come back more often. Seeing how hard this employee works whenever I get a glimpse at her always makes my week. It’s almost inspirational seeing someone work as hard as her that I get motivated for it to continue harder in my studies.

I had a great experience but especially with this one cashier. I did not get her name, she’s tall with glasses and has curly hair I believe.She was super nice and very fast with the line. I’m surprised because most dollar tree cashiers are slow but she was super fast. I always see her when I come in. She is always willing to help me out. Store is usually messy when I’m there, but when she is there it looks much cleaner. Good job!

I have never seen the bags in such a neat and organized way, it brought me so much joy to see how neat it was that it didn’t even look like it was multiple bags. Never have I seen so much dedication at a doller tree

Sadly another typical example of garbage service. The store is an absolute wreck with stuff everywhere, but it kind of makes since based on the work ethic of these cashier. Cashier, Emerald, I believe was on her name tag just stood behind the register and couldn’t even be bothered to stay off her phone long enough to ring up my two item purchase. She was texting and sorting out her music playlist, but I am sure that’s what she’s getting paid for. Of course as I witnessed between customers, she could only be bothered to lean on the counter while the other girl was working to stick shelves. Maybe one day things will get better.
