I’m visiting from Houston and by far this is the cleanest and most organized dollar tree I’ve here been too. The lady who check me out was very nice.

Went in as I do weekly and had horrible service from the “manager” I had grabbed a few things from the clearance section and when the cashier called her over to get them discounted the manager started removing all the clearance stickers and said they weren't on clearance anymore because nothing was wrong with them. The packaging on some of the products were very damaged and even the cup I had grabbed from there had a chip and she said that wasn't a reason for them to be on clearance. She then turned to the cashier and said “ you need to be careful cause some people change the stickers on things.” Basically saying I was trying to steal a few cents from them. It was embarrassing because there were people behind me when she said that out loud. I told her the things wrong with the products and how I had just picked them up from the clearance section and had no reason to change the price on things especially since their clearance section is right by their office and on one of the registers. Ive been going to dollars tree for years and never had an experience like this before.

The older blonde employee snatched cookies out of my basket that another customer had just purchased for my children. Such a sweet gesture ruined by her grabbing the cookies while I'm paying then she continues to wave them around asking if anyone wanted the cookies. I told her they were mine. Someone had just paid for them. The cashier confirmed this and she apologized. I asked her if this was something she normally does. Trash

Store is always dirty. Not enough cashiers. There's a homeless camp on their doorsteps and they don't call police or do anything. These people reach for your bags and try to grab your arms. Very unprofessional. Entry way smells of urine and feces. Don't recommend, not safe .

They have really cleaned this place up from my last visit.Staff is friendly and courteous. I found many hard to find items. Wonderful experience.
