It was perfect. Not busy at all. I needed a couple more things for valentines for the kids and there was barely anything left. Had to travel to another dollar tree and found what I was looking for. Both stores were very clean and were being maintained and they were stocking up.

1. There was a line at the register.of about 6 people. There was only 1 employee in the store. She was slow at scanning people's items. They need speedy cashiers if they are going to have only 1 employer on duty at timed.
2 Why have the cold drink cases if they are 95% empty. What was available was some Venom energy drinks, mo teas, colas., waters, etc. If the drinks cell that quickly, order mire back stock and keep them cold drink cases filled.
3. The lighting is very dank. A little brighter lighting would be nice.
4. Thevashier was very robotic and not very enthusiastic. Could this be because she was the only employee on duty, or does she dislike her job? She needs to at least smile.
5. I have noticed that you have balloons for $1.50. The Gatorade in the drink cooler was emplty, but it was priced at $1.75. You do have a Dollar Tree plus aisle with items priced from $2 to $5. Maybe Dollar Tree needs to rename itself, 1Bargain Tree - Nothing over $10. This will help keep the cheaper costs and allow some wiggle room to carry some special buys that are still relatively cheap. They can also carry some items that you just can't sell for $1.25 due to vendor / manufacturing costs.
6. The store was fairly clean.

My experience was good, everything was well stocked and organized. yes there was a long line that went down the whole isle but there was just one cashier working there and that was the manager Tanya. She was very friendly and would greet the incoming customers while working the cashier and, she would regularly remind all the customers in line she would be with them shortly, all while getting the line down pretty fast. Its not the workers fault they are short staffed. Instead of making their days worst by whining and complaining lets try being a little more patient and understanding .
