My experience was good, everything was well stocked and organized. yes there was a long line that went down the whole isle but there was just one cashier working there and that was the manager Tanya. She was very friendly and would greet the incoming customers while working the cashier and, she would regularly remind all the customers in line she would be with them shortly, all while getting the line down pretty fast. Its not the workers fault they are short staffed. Instead of making their days worst by whining and complaining lets try being a little more patient and understanding .

Line goes to the end of an isle and they never call for backup. They say there is no backup. I have worked for Dollar Tree in the past for 3 years, I know there is backup. If the other employee or manager doesn’t want to help the line, then they can find another person to work instead. Dollar Tree has gone downhill since then.

Tanya is a very rude person. A poor gentleman had a paying problem and she’s being very violent moving the register and huffing and puffing very loudly. Even hit me with the clear thing that protects them from covid by the register ??♀️ Very very very unprofessional and angry. Y’all need to do better. Tanya short hair black glasses big and rude .

Horrible!! Filthy! Nothing can ever make me go into this store again! Unbelievable! Nothing is is neat! Looks like someone ransacked and threw everything up in the air. I have never seen ANY store this unmanaged and messy! Almost fell on slippery stuff

When my son went to the stationary aisle a female employee said "this area is closed get out!" it was 4:30 in the afternoon and we happen to be going for stationary items she was rude, unapologetic and lacked customer service skills she offered no help. I am disappointed and will avoid this location for a while

This particular location is always clean and very well stocked. The employees are helpful, professional and positive attitude. I was surprised that it's no longer $1.00 items but $1.25. Perhaps the store name should change to $1.25 instead of Dollar Tree.

Disrespectful! My Youth (2) walked in to purchase some items and the older women stocking shelves began to bully and name-call them. When I tried to address the issue, I spoke to the manager, she tried to make it all about the mask requirements?!? No! My issue is with your employees calling my kids "babies" and bullying them!!! When confronted everyone was shocked that they where being called out and no one said a word. The way you treat your family is not going to fly with me or my kids! Never coming back here again! Disgraceful!!!

This place is not worth working there they don’t pay enough and the manager Carmen Ruiz likes to talk behind her employees back And especially she likes to fight with her customers she don’t give them respect what’s the point of working at a dollar tree were they don’t respect you and don’t shop there if she is working there she is not respectful she is disrespectful and I (Used) too work there and where is the respect at???

Long line to pay with only 1 cashier. Looked understaffed. No hand sanitizer neither at entrance nor at cashier's.

Each time I go to Dollar Tree on S.W. MILITARY DR. I find products you can't find at another store and for $1.00. A month or two weeks before the holidays are here you can go and get so many different things for the holidays. This is great and no limit. You need to check this store out, you'll be surprised.
