This place is so slow one casher during lunch hours is not acceptable especially when there is more the two people working in there and the associates don't even recognize the long line. One was behind the register checking people put but without her light on do we are standing in line just to watch someone who hasn't Ben standing in line walk right up to the register with no light and get checked out while we are still standing and waiting in line if I knew that register was open I go to that line. Some of us go in there during our lunch and only have so much time and it take a full 15 min just to get checked out. Not to mention they are so rude when you actually say something about it. Like if nothing is said the issue is just going to continue.

Cashier lady takes forever and the line was already long she was rude to lady in front of me for no reason.. also the store smells like smelly armpits I thought maybe it was a customer I went a second time and it still smelled like armpits had to leave the smell was too strong

Melissa was my cashier and she was incredibly BLATANTLY rude to me in front of my child. She threw my items down and was acting like she was on drugs or something. There were two people behind me and they were so shocked by her behavior that they opted to just leave and not buy their items. Jill is the supposed manager and even though she witnessed much of what happened, when I discussed it with her she clearly didn’t care either. I’m really not expecting anyone to roll out the red carpet for me at the dollar tree, but treating customers badly should at least be discouraged by management.

Jamie the cashier was going so fast that when I looked at my receipt I noticed she double charged me for something. Then I walked back into the store so when I approached her about it, she didn’t bother apologizing. She told me to go to the manager who was the other cashier. Then when I talked to the manager she said hold on. Then Jamie said “oh a barcode wouldn’t scan so I used that one” I added up all on my items and there were 12 that were charged and I had 11 items. I am not going back to this location? Horrible service!

Marsha is the worst! She has said “I hate people!” in front of a line of customers. Then on another visit to this Dollar Tree I asked where I can leave my hand held basket while checking out (most stores take it or have a separate place for it) and she told me in a not so nice tone, “Put it back where you got it!” She is always sighing heavily like she’s annoyed or does not want to be there. One occurrence I was ok with but it seems every time I shop at this store nowadays Marsha is in a mood. Maybe she needs to be in a different position, not with customers.
