The girl that is a twin and doesn't wear glasses is rude. I was given a receipt and a coupon with it and I was going to use it. The cashier said it's an old coupon and you can't use it. I told her "Why do you give me an old coupon". She said "I didn't give it to you, the register did". WTH.
Every time I go in the store it is clean, the employees are polite and have a sense of humor.
It was the fact that she brushed me off to get on her phone. That I don't like. She handed me the receipt, the register didn't. I would have more respect for her if she would have said, "Sorry about that." You don't even have to apologize, just say you don't know!

Ugly short mexican manager with DG Dad shirt acts like he's security when he should be on the register helping the long lines. He acts extremely rude towards customers when they're trying to use digital coupons. Also Prevents customers from entering phone number. He must have some miserable sad life to be acting that way.

A nice, clean, and well-organized location! I've been in some pretty nasty Dollar Stores (looking at you, Lytle, Texas!), but this DS is very, very clean!

They are never opening on time and then when someone is in there they super rude and tryna always close early. Like the last time I went there at 8:50 and this new guy I forgot his name Richard or Chris or whateva his rude self’s name is, he talking about we closed. Ummm how so when you got people in the store and it ain’t even time yet. Yall open late and close early, n then don’t even wanna work at that. If it’s like that here, yall hiring???… cuz I wanna get paid without doing anything. Then this old new guy, whatever his name is had the audacity to try in get up in my face, taking his name tag off tryna put it in my face like here read it. Bro stop. And while I’m writing this review look who shows up, lol no one. Everyone on this side of town is a joke. I’m done wit yall

Horrible customer service short elderly man as he calls himself the manager is very rude and closes the store 15 min before closing time he will stand at door and refuse any customers the right to grab a quick necessity slams doors close and locks it when questioned. May not be much but that 15 min can be making that business more money guy needs a wake up call and some cs training.

I love the store but not so much the employees. They are rude, Lionel is rude, the young girl white complected is rude with short hair. There is a Mexican heavier set girl Who is rude too. If you try to use self check out they have the register facing the back and facing them. Which makes no sense it’s so far facing them it’s hard to reach to self pay and check out. I love the store not the employee vibe here. They all are on a trip. I’ve seen so many disappointed customers every time I go by Lionel is fighting with someone. Today a man was trying to exchange a warmer that didn’t work and Lionel denied him his exchange all he wanted was a working one. I don’t understand why they are so rude. Forget about self check out especially Saturday they do a limit of 5 items or less if they even have self check out open. If they see someone who is using digital coupons they automatically don’t like you. They press some thing on the register so that you can not complete entering your phone number. I wish upper management would do something about it. Treat customers with respect. I hate that they make you feel like your doing something wrong when your just trying to save money for your family.

Good store. Convenient and plenty of stuff in stock, BUT..... 20 people in line waiting to pay and only one register open and no employees to help make the line go faster!???30 minutes just waiting to pay !!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This store has extremely rude employees. There's a male employee who makes rude comments towards people who want to coupon. The customer who made a purchase before me; I heard the same employee was telling them a story of how he got annoyed w couponers. The coupons are there for you to use them at Dollar General! He told me I am not supposed to make a third transaction. Even though I already gave him the money to pay for my things? I didn't understand why he didn't tell me that before. I believe he only said that so I could get out of the line he had. He was extremely rude. And so was the female employee who tried to back him up for what he was saying. I look forward to couponing at DG on Saturdays for the 5$ off of 25$. Even so, the employees are impatient. I didn't see a single employee wear their face masks. DG are supposed to honour the coupons for customers to use. I didn't like my experience here at all. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Especially if you're looking towards a grocery store for couponing.

i wish we could give 0 starts LOL. everytime i order online this place ALWAYS closes on me, they always take years to “prepare” my order as if i was ordering a whole restaurant like what? i hope who ever is in charge of this place puts their store together smh-
