This is the closest discount store near me and I shop here almost every single day. Most of their employees are nice and courteous and their prices are good also.

Just as I was about to leave, I witness a guy stealing a bunch of items in their basket, the workers seen him before, and saw him walk out, from what I heard, they saw him go by the door and didn't do anything about it. Also, I worked at Dollar Tree before, and the customer service is way better than this dollar general. Do not try to agrue with the customer, as that can escalate stuff. Most managers would tell their employees that but what I witnessed, only this lady with the black hair was calm about everything.

If you're expecting all merchandise to be $1, that's not going to happen. What I think is great about this store is the young lady cashier who goes out of her way to be helpful every time I have a question, or request. The man who works the register has also been helpful. So the DG is what it is, but two really great folks I've encountered at the counter are top notch.

Run from this store if you care about not being ripped off. Small alarm clock $17! Hair color that is $9 at H‑E‑B and $7 on sale is $11 there! I left the products there. Will NEVER go there again. Rip off artists. I don't know how they stay in business.

so went to the store on Saturday evening around 9ish. The store was in complete disarray which is not unusual. it's close to my house so I try to make it work. there was a young girl working the register. I scanned all my items in my cart into my app so I could apply the digital coupons. there seemed to be an issue when I got to the register. She proceeded to reach out to the manager on duty. who refused to give me his name. tall dirty fella with broken glasses and dandruff snowing off his head. she talked to him on speaker phone from her cell phone right in front of me. he then said its likely I didn't know what I was doing and he was on his way. a few minutes later this boy shows up and doesn't even look at me or acknowledge me. just walks up and says sorry you don't have the coupons entered. I then showed him my app and he said too bad, looks like u have to start over. I asked what I done wrong and proceeded to be told that if I didn't know he couldn't help me. the poor girl at the front was in shock didn't know what to do. I tried several times to complete my purchase and was unsuccessful. I will be posting his picture in hopes someone from DG Corporate will get back with me on this mess. just completely unacceptable. I have been trying to reach upper management about this. I will not let this go. he needs to be taught the proper way to handle being in management. and what a terrible reflection on this store and their management if they think his way is the proper way. it is not.

Great customer service! I had a problem downloading my digital coupons while in store and Raul saw that I had spent way too much time on one isle and he assisted me with my app…Thank you Raul for being so attentive and helpful while you guys were trying to stock the shelves…Now this store does need some cleaning up but what DG doesn’t to be honest…I don’t know what has happened but all I know is that when I need things I can find them in DG…Blessings

Not sure what is going on with this store. It's in pretty bad shape. I think there may be a staffing problem, but it doesn't excuse the fact that the store is a wreck.

Rude Employee Experience The Front Cashier Guy Was Very Rude I Went In Today & My Bf Asked Nicely If He Can Leave His & Mine Scooter In The Front W/ His Backpack So We Can By Cat Litter & Cat Food & He Right Away Told Us To Get Out Of His Store & Just Started Being Rude & The Cashier Guy Has Glasses & A Grey Beard. We Went To Other Stores Before That Around Them & They Let Us Leave Our Scooters In The Front But This Guy Just Wasn't In The Mood. He Ended Up Saying He Was The Manager & Said He Was Gonna Call The Cops Then After When My Bf Said Something He Said He Was The Owner Next Like Are You The Manager? Or Owner? Or Just An Employee?

The witch behind the counter hates her job. She should quit and someone needs to organize and sweep the dang floor. Nasty. What a miserable dirty store.
